We purchased our lovely oceanfront apartment while residing in the Bahamas. We lived there full time for three years until careers dictated a move state-side. We have maintained ownership all these years, knowing that one day it would be there for our retirement. In the meantime, we enjoy allowing others to enjoy this magnificent property and location.

Perfect week at the beach

This 12-story apartment building is so well-maintained and we thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. You can enjoy the ocean view from the comfort of the couch. Well-stocked kitchen with dishwasher was so handy to use. Bedrooms are nice and bathrooms are updated. My three daughters and I loved this centrally-located perch on a beautiful beach. Next door, the condo complex has a beach restaurant and bar -- fun to hang out. I'd highly recommend this particular unit.

Wir waren in einer Gruppe mit 5 Personen verreist und dieses Apartment war dafür perfekt. Es bot genug Platz für alle an, vor allem auch, da es über zwei Badezimmer (eines mit WC und Dusche und eines mit WC und Badewanne). Erwähnenswert ist auch das Vorhandensein einer Waschmaschine und eines Trockners, sodass man nicht mit einem Koffer schmutziger Wäsche abreisen muss. Der Wohnbereich war sehr liebevoll dekoriert. Alle Utensilien für die Benutzung der Küche waren ausreichend vorhanden. Großartig ist der Strand direkt vor der Tür. Zwar sind rechts und links vom Tower Hotels, diese waren zu unserer Zeit (Juni 2011) jedoch nicht sehr stark belegt, sodass wir den Strand bisweilen für uns alleine hatten. Die Managerin, Salandra, ist ebenfalls eine sehr nette und hilfsbereite Frau. Da Grand Bahama nicht die Hauptinsel für Touristen darstellt ist dementsprechend auch nicht sehr viel an Unterhaltung geboten. Abends kann man in Freeport noch den ein oder anderen Cocktail genießen aber das wars dann auch schon. Kurzum: für einen entspannten Urlaub mit weißem Strand und glasklarem Wasser ideal.
Recommended for:Age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

My family just returned from a wonderful vacation during which we stayed at this Wonderful Condo (2/18/11 through 2/16/11). The3 Condo is very clean, comfortable, well decorated and has all the amenities you will need for a wonderful vacation. The location is SUPERB. The location is directly on the beach, and ONLY a short distance to the hub of all activities (the Marketplace) as well as services such as the Grocery store. I not on ly would highly recommend the condo for ANYONE, but will seriously condsider a return visit if it is available. The staff at the condo is great and the owners are a pleasure to do business with from our remote location. My wife and daughter (13) were VERY pleased, so my days went well.

This is a beautifully decorated,very clean & comfortable condo. It is even prettier than the photos! Well equipped and maintained. The owner always responded quickly to any inquiries. It was wonderful to spend the week here and there was plenty of room for 5 adults.We would definitely recommend this condo to future visitors. Thank you for providing us with a gorgeous place to stay.

This rental was absolutly perfect. It has all the amenities that you would need to have a great vacation. I loved the fact that I could do laundry so that the swim suits were always dry. Being able to walk to the beach at any time and enjoy the waves and sunsets was the icing on the cake. Don't pass this rental up!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very delightful and comfortable condo! It has lots of windows for light and fresh ocean breezes, a gorgeous view of the ocean and beach and every kitchen convenience with stainless cookware and a large assortrment of utensils for the chef. You can totally relax here and fall asleep with sounds of the ocean waves in a super comfortable queen size bed. There is lots of storage so you can empty your suitcase and feel right at home. We found it to be beautifully decorated with attention to every detail and also very clean. We have stayed in many Freeport condos over the years and this one is by far our favorite. Our home away from home!
