Come and stay at our family retreat 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms at the Terra Verde Resort in Kissimmee. It is just minutes from Disney, Universal, the Florida Mall , and Orlando's International Airport. A perfect spot to enjoy the parks and have a quiet retreat to return to.
Our unit is less than 3 minutes walk from Terra Verde Resort's large pool, gym, spa, beach volleyball court, basketball court, Tikki Bar, games room, and kids play area, as well as a nice walk along the lake. Or just stay in the fully furnished house and relax on the patio, in the private hot tub, or just lounging in front of one of the four TV's. There is a 46 inch TV, BluRay player and sound system in the living room for all to enjoy. For those days or evening when relaxing is important we have a selection of family games available.

We have always wanted a second home in the Kissimmee area because we have spent several great holidays there exploring Disney, Universal, Cape Canaveral and the everglades. We spent a lot of time looking at various locations and settled on Terra Verde because of the convenient location, pleasant atmosphere, range of facilities, and quality of construction. Our unit has a good location, close to the Clubhouse but with some privacy because it is just off one of the roads and backs onto the nature reserve. Why the Owner Chose Terra Verde Resort
We picked our vacation home because our family has always enjoyed visiting the Orlando area and all it has to offer. Terra Verde is a pretty, well maintained, friendly gated community. Our home is very close (less than 3 minutes walk) to the clubhouse, pool, climbing area, basketball court, beach volleyball and playground. Our vacation home is a great location for our guests to enjoy Disney, Epcott, Universal, Cape Canaveral and the Everglades. Orlando has great connections to the US, Canada, and Europe.
The Unique Benefits of this Townhouse
Our Terra Verde home is newly furnished (just purchased immediately after buying the property). It has a spa, 46 inch LCD TV with BluRay/DVD player and wireless internet (you may also be able to connect directly by Cable). It has one Queen sized bed in the master bedroom with attached ensuite and two twin beds in each of the other 2 bedrooms. There is a walled in patio with new furniture and a spa.
