Everything was just as described. The resort was very nice and quiet. We went to visit Disney and the condo was a perfect place to come back to every afternoon. There was always quick replies from the owners. Thanks for a great week!!!

Very good and a great place overall two suggestions When we arrived the line of cars to check in at the front gate was into the main road. It was dangerous. The checkin at the gate should be futher from the road or you may have to put additional staff at checkin. The nice man checking people in was doing a great job but there was just too many people checking in and not enough room for us to fit. I would add one roll of paper towels to the house. If we exceeded that we could buy more - but there were no paper towels

We usually provide a roll of paper towel and my apologies for this being missed. Our stay at this townhouse was absolutely outstanding. It had so much to offer and more. It was very spacious and extremely comfortable. The view of the lake was great. This development is well maintained and gated. The tiki bar at the pool was very nice. Everything was wonderful and we enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Terra Verde Resort - great time

We were very happy to spend a week in terra verde. The house was very clean. Bedroms & kitchen as described. In a first time, we were a little bit disappointed that the swimming pool was not very close to the house but the childrens spent really good time in the hot tube so that it was ok. The other negative point was the barbecue: we prepared everything for a barbecue evening and finaly found out that there was no gas. :( Appart from that, everything was fine. Thanks to you! Owner response: Hi: Sorry there was no gas. It was refilled in October 2012. If this happens again, simply take the tank to Walmart, get it refilled and we will reimburse you. Unfortunately, our property manager does not maintain the BBQ.

We LOVED staying here!!! Everything was immaculate and up to our standards (and we are very picky!). The house was fully stocked! I was able to cook easily every day. We will def stay again on our next trip to the Orlando area!! So close to everything: Disney, Walmart, Medieval Times, etc. LOVED the convenience of the hot tub out back.. Was great to relax in after walking the parks all day!

We had a great time at the resort, the only thing that I would change is the prices of the items at the Tiki Bar or give me the option of bringing my own alcohol into the pool area. I would have spent more at the Tiki Bar if it wasn't for the prices and they ran out of some choices of draft and canned beers at times.

Owner response: We are glad you enjoyed the resort. The only way to avoid the prices at the Tikki bar for now is to enjoy your drinks by our private hot tub.

We are frequent visitors to Kissimmee and Orlando area, renting vacation homes since 1994. We know subdivisions from west, including Davenport area, and east. At first we thought Terra Verde was a little bit far away from shoppings, restaurants and parks. WE WERE WRONG. In less than five minutes we could reach Walmart (Vineland), Super Target (192), gas stations, restaurants etc Home is great for a party of six, nice and really hot hottub in the back, wifi working fine in al rooms. As All Brazilians do, we did not have much time to enjoy Terra Verde amenities; we prefer shoppings and parks. :-) But I Tell you Terra Verde is a great resort for relaxing and making friends. For sure we will return many days. Thanks a lot

The villa was perfect for our Disney trip! We spent 4 quick nights at the condo and it more than met our expectations. Unfortunately since we spent the majority of our days at the Disney parks, we didn't even use some of the amenities such as the villa's jacuzzi or the community pool (which looked very nice). On our next trip, we'd like to spend at least one day relaxing by the pool. We traveled with our two daughters ages 6 and 2 and found the villa spacious, clean and comfortable. Also, a very quick drive of not more than 15 minutes to the Disney parks.

We really enjoyed our stay at Terra Verde. The condo was very comfortable. The kitchen was quite handy, and all of the bedrooms and the living room had excellent televisions. We only got to enjoy the hot tub on one occasion because we were constantly on the run. The amenities were quite impressive, and the unit is very convenient to Disney, The owners were also very pleasant to deal with. We would definitely rent this unit again. Thanks Jon & Lonnie!

I really enjoyed the property it was really nice. I was a little uneasy at the fact we paid for cleaning but still had to do the cleaning our self and the fact we had to pay for an accidental stain to the linen. As i'm sure accidents happen but did not know we would have to pay for small accidents as such.

Owner response: Thank you for your review and for giving us the opportunity to explain our check out policy. The cleaning fee does not cover dishes (place them all in the dishwasher and switch it on before leaving). We also ask that trash be placed in the hidden bin immediately outside the front door, this is emptied daily, large amounts can be taken to the dumpster which is about 200 yards distant. Thank you for taking the sheets off the bed and placing them in the laundry. There was a permanent stain on one sheet, we have to replace these as guests expect clean linen. We withheld a total of $20 and will refund any difference between this and the final bill from our management company. We are glad you enjoyed your stay and our sorry that this has detracted from your overall experience. Jon and Lonnie

Dear Lonnie and Jon, Thanks for making our holiday incredible! The place is fantastic, the house is spacious and clean and all the other amenities in the property are also fantastic. Our son enjoyed the pool a lot since there is a large shallow area. He also had a blast playing in the play area and in the volleyball court. We are looking forward to coming back again, thanks for everything!

This was the perfect solution for 3 women going to a family reunion. Great security in a clean, well-kept townhouse. The description of the property was accurate. We enjoyed the beautiful pool area, the Tiki bar and our private hot tub. The owners were very responsive and helpful. The front desk and the security people were very nice, efficient and informative. Would highly recommend this to family and friends who are visiting the area or the parks. Close to the major highways going to the entertainment areas but far enough off the beaten path for quiet and privacy. This was much less expensive than a decent hotel and included many extras (kitchen, washer dryer, dining room, living room, TV's everywhere, extra bathrooms, etc). Overall, I was very impressed and will be going back in the future.

I just finished a 10 day stay at this townhouse and I highly recommend it. The townhouse was spacious and well furnished. Just as advertised, this property is 10 - 15 minutes to Disney, and only a few minutes to shopping and restaurants. This is a great townhouse. The extra touches like wireless internet, Blu-ray DVD, a blender, a playpen, highchair, a washer / dryer, extra bedding and sheets made the stay even better. The furnishings are all nice and I was pleasantly suprised at the extent of the kitchen furnishings the amount of towels and pillows. Being able to enjoy meals at "the townhouse" instead of eating out all the time was a tremendous money and time saver. We spent considerably less money than we would have a traditional hotel. (not to mention the significant rate reduction the townhouse offers over a hotel). The property manager was prompt with returning my calls when needed to answer my questions and very helpful. The clubhouse was very nice, the gate guard and the clubhouse workers were all very friendly. My children really enjoyed the playground, the pool, the arcade room, and the sand area in the townhouse community. We spent one evening at the "Old Towne" carnival type area in Kissimmee, a few miles near the townhouse and this was a great (and cheap) alternative to Disney for 1 day. We spent $25 and our family of 6 had fun for an evening at the carnival. Just a thought for an alternative to Disney 1 day. I highly recommend this townhouse. From the pleasant interactions with the owners, the property manager, the clubhouse staff to the comfortable furnishings, and especially the amount of space and amenities compared to a hotel, this is a great place to stay. I can't imagine ever staying in a Disney area hotel. This resort is rated #1 on Trip Advisor for the Orlando area and I support this ranking!

The listing description and photos were accurate and the property is well maintained. It is our experience that some rental properties have mediocre furniture and fittings because the expectation is that they will need to be replaced often, however we were impressed with the quality of the furniture and fittings as well as the cleanliness of this property. The owners were very easy to communicate with and were prompt in providing answers to our questions The location is ideal. Orlando Internation Airport is just 30mins away and there is a 24/7 Walmart just 2 miles aroound the corner. There are also numerouse attractions, restaurants and shops a matter of minutes away. Description was on the dot, very clean and nicely furnished. The door and key have keypads so there's no need to stop at an office to pickup keys. This is great if you get in at a later time. Loved how the trash can is right outside the door - looks like a bench. And it's picked up every day! Took advantage of the club pool and playground. There's no kiddy pool but there was a big shallow space for babies. Everything was great. We only had one issue with the AC. It's stays between 75 to 80, we prefer low 70s. The bedrooms upstairs gets a bit warm and there's not much of a breeze.

Owner response: Thanks, we will get the A/C checked, the villa should not be this warm. Our A/C inspecion revealed a broken capacitor. This was fixed within 24 hours of us receiving notification of the problem and the A/C is now functioning properly.

Our family stayed in the Terra Verde villa the first part of November and we were very happy with everything. The villa was exactly as stated in the listing and was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was great. The staff at the clubhouse were very helpful and we used the small business center there to print a few documents. The security for the community was excellent and courteous. We felt very safe. The location was close to all the things we needed to do.

We had another wonderful stay at Terra Verde! Lonnie & Jonathan's unit was just as pictured, clean, and had all amenities you would need for a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The owners were very responsive and easy to work with to ensure that our vacation was wonderful. The resort never disappoints!! The staff are so very friendly and welcoming!

We had a wonderful time at your home. The location was great (15-20 mins from the Disney parks), 20 mins from MCO airport and 5 mins from grocery shopping. We enjoyed your hot tub, the nearby pool and our kids loved the Wii in their room. The house was clean and had everything we needed to stay comfortably. We did have to call the Management company once for the wireless password. They responded within minutes. We would definitely rent this home again.

We enjoyed a week a this condo and felt it had everything we needed. It was clean, confortable, and close to Disney. We enjoyed the beach volleyball courts, the swimming pool and we especially enjoyed the hot tub. This condo is perfect for families that don't have to be on the go every day while on vactation. The owners were extremely easy to work with :)

My wife and I have stayed at several properties at Terra Verda over that past few years. In May of 2010 we selected this property from VRBO and were very pleased we did. This was by far is the best that Terra Verda has to offer. The entire house was spotless and well equipped. The private hot tub at the house was fabulous. Terra Verdi is an extremely nice gated community that is quiet and is a great place to relax and enjoy the oversize pool or clubhouse. The property owners, Lonnie and Jon, were very pleasant to deal with and I would highly recommend this property for either an onsite resort stay or as a place very convenient to Disney World and most attractions that the area has to offer.

My wife and I stayed at this home for a month in February/March 2010 and were very pleased with the cleanliness and comfort. The kitchen was clean and well equipped with a full range of utensils. Terra Verdi is a great community and that is quiet and secure, but within close proximity to the parks, grocery stores, restaurants and public golf courses. We booked the same place for the same time next year. We would not do that if we were not completely satisfied. An added plus was that Lonnie and Jon were easy to communicate with by email and their property manager was immediately available if I needed them.

This property is definitely a home away from home. It is beautifully furnished and has everything you will need for your stay. There are plates and cutlery for 8 persons and I especially liked the bench seat at the dining room table so we could all eat together! We visited in January so it was too cold to eat outside but if you are there in the summer, there is also a table in the secluded patio. We enjoyed the hot tub in the cool evenings. This is a great property for a family with children. The patio is enclosed so they can play outside while you relax on the sofa watching the big screen TV! Disney and Universal are a short, easy drive away, shops and restaurants even closer. We have already booked our return visit and have recommended it to family and friends.
