I booked the house for a group of 12 friends, and we couldn't have been happier with the place... it is sprawling! There are lots of places for people to hang out together or find some privacy to do their own thing. The location is perfect... we walked to Breckenridge Brewery for dinner which is at the far end of town, and the walk was still less than 10 minutes. Lastly, the owner was very responsive. I highly recommend this place and I may return myself!

Excellent property for a large group. We had plenty of room for 4 families each with 2 adults and 2 children. The location is perfect with close proximity to main st. and right on the shuttle route for access to anything in Breckenridge. We drove and had our own vehicles but never needed them the entire week. The owner Linda was very helpful and attentive to ever need. Highly recommend this property for any season.

So convenient we didn't need a car..shuttle stops right outside. Linda the owner was a gem to deal with,so accommodating! I would highly recommend this property!

Breckenridge is my favorite mountain town to visit in Colorado, and The French Street Inn is now my favorite place to stay in Breckenridge. A group of friends and I spent a long weekend in Breckenridge and this house accommodated us perfectly. With 8 bedrooms, two kitchens, two living rooms, a large dining room table, a ping-pong table/room, and many bathrooms, the 15 of us never felt crowded. Other great perks include the separate "house" with a large hot tub, parking for 7-8 vehicles and walking distance to Main Street. I highly recommend this house as a place to stay for families or groups of friends.

We recently came to Breckenridge for our small wedding at Sapphire Point, near town. We had 15 of our closest friends come with us and we all stayed at this house. I can't even describe own perfect this was for our group. Everything was very clean, well organized and it had everything we needed. It was perfect for our group with lots of couples. Everyone basically had their own little bedroom and bath area. We loved that there were several living areas for different groups to hang out separately, if necessary. It was a perfect location - easily accessible on foot to anywhere downtown. You would never have to worry about a shuttle or rental car. This home was by far the cutest house in town. The owner was super nice and helpful and made everything so easy. We would highly recommend this place and will definitely come back. All of our guests just raved about it!!

The house was amazing. It is perfect for one large group, or even 2 families that each want some privacy. The owner Linda, is extremely nice, and accommodating and it was a pleasure to meet her. Will definitely be looking to book this place for any future group going to Breckenridge. 5 stars doesn't do it justice :)

My family, a total of 15 people, stayed here for our family ski vacation. The home was large enough for all of us and the bedrooms where nicely situated so each family had their own space while also having two common areas to gather in. The house is nicely located where you can get the shuttle right outside to the slopes or just walk about 2 blocks to downtown Breckenridge. This worked out great for us as we had young children who we could take into town while the adults and older children spent the day on the slopes. Linda was very easy to work with, answered all questions immediately and was extremely accomodating. We had a wonderful family vacation and really enjoyed our stay!

We just left and had an incredible time. The owner thought of everthing that our families could have needed. The well stocked kitchen, 3 living rooms and 2 kitchens made it easy for us to survive a week with 5 boys age 8-13. We skied , ate out, cooked in , enjoyed the village and our comfy house. The town bus stopped right in front of the house which made it easy for us to get anywhere quickly and without having to worry about driving. We woke each morning to the awesome mountain views and charming downtown village. Loved this place!!

Owner response: Thanks Whitney! Your group was fun to have - two very cool families for sure. I would love to see some of the photos of your photogenic clan. I greatly appreciate your review and look forward to seeing you again. Thanks for helping us spread the word on The Inn.

Our group of two families had a great time at the French St. Inn. Stayed for 6 nights. Plenty of room. Great access to bus service to lifts and walking to Main St and all points in between. Everything we needed was there. My adult children used the hot tub several nights. Plenty of parking and great customer service. Thanks Linda!!!

I absolutely loved this house and would go back in a heartbeat. It had TONS of room, the space was so nice and everything was decorated so cute. It was great for a large group of people. Very cozy yet spacious. I loved it and would definitely recommend staying there!

My entire group Loved staying at this house. It has great personality, yet is also up to date. The house easily accommodated a large group of women. My only suggestion for improvement would be to install additional mirrors in the bedrooms.

I held my Regional meeting at this beautiful home in the heart of Breckenridge. I was hesitant to book a house for a business meeting, but it was beyond perfect and much better than a hotel. I had 12 woman stay at the home and we had more than enough room. The pictures do not do this home justice... The home is split into different levels for sleeping quarters and has plenty of open space to conduct a business meeting and have a place for people to connect and feel at home. My meeting was a huge success and everyone LOVED having it at the French Inn. I would highly recommend this home for personal or business travel and will definitely be back.

My family stayed here for two weeks in July 2010, we absolutely loved this house! It is so convenient to walk to dinner or downtown. You also have access to hiking trails one block from the house. The house is quite spacious with a very well stocked kitchen. There is a bathroom for each bedroom and a television in all the bedrooms. We loved cooking dinner and getting in the hottub at night. The view from the front porch is beautiful. We always stay with vrbo properties and consider this one top notch!

I stayed up here with 10 girlfriends for a skiing weekend. Everything is absolutely perfect about this place - the beautiful rooms, the wonderful well-equipped kitchen, the location (it is just around the corner from Main Street - some of us walked to the slopes/gondola but there is also a shuttle), the great parking, and the super nice owners (they let us check out whenever we were ready the last day because my friend had torn her ACL skiing). It looks amazing on the pictures but when we arrived it still exceeded all our expectations.
