Come and relax at our home in Wintergreen! Built in 2006, it is located on a quiet cul-de-sac, 100 yards from the Chestnut Springs playground, pavilion and swimming pool. It is also located just minutes from skiing, tubing and snowboarding. The home is less than a mile from the state-of-the-art Wintergarden Spa. After your visit to the spa, you can enjoy the indoor pool and fitness center.
The house is also less than a mile from the Devil's Knob golf course, tennis center and restaurant.
The house is ideal for one family or two. There are 2 master suites, one on the first floor with a king bed and private bath and one upstairs with a queen bed and private bath. Your children will be very comfortable in one of the other two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and the other with bunk beds. We have stocked the house with a variety of books, games and puzzles, so if you don't want to get out, you can sit by the fire and have some great family fun! We have also just added wireless internet, so bring your laptop and stay connected while you are here.
In the spring and fall, take long hikes throughout Wintergreen or enjoy "The Dome" recreational area. The Dome offers bungee jumping, a mechanical bull, Wii gaming systems, pool tables, and bounce houses.

Year Purchased: 2006
We live in Raleigh, North Carolina and have 2 young boys who love to visit our home at Wintergreen. We love to hike, ski, and play games while we are there. We are also big UVA fans, so being only 45 minutes from Charlottesville, we take in lots of UVA sports.
Why the Owner Chose Wintergreen
We built our home at Wintergreen in 2006 because of all of the wonderful family activities that Wintergreen has to offer in such a relaxing environment.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Our home is in a unique area of the mountain, in that being on a cul-de-sac, we can let our children play outdoors and ride their bikes without fear of passing traffic. We have a lovely view of the valley from our back deck which provides a wonderful place to sit and relax or read a great book.
