AMAZING 22nd Floor Penthouse Beachfront luxury condo with all the upgrades. Fully furnished, featuring 10 ft ceilings, granite countertops, stainless kitchen appliance, full length windows throughout the living area, and a private Glass Wall balcony with a great view of the beach and the new pier by Pier Park.
Only the top two floor Penthouse units feature 10 foot ceilings in the main living room area and a clear glass balcony. The Master Suite offers a queen sized bed, flat screen TV, Wifi Internet, blackout curtains and a master bath with granite counters, separate shower and oversized garden tub. The guest suite has a bunk bed with twin on top and bottom, flat screen TV with DVD player.

Fabulous Unit with Great Owners at Upscale Condo Complex

My wife and I stayed in this unit at Aqua the last week of September and all I can say is WOW! The complex itself is new, very well maintained, and convenient to everything (Pier Park!). While the photos are great, they can't begin to show how nice this unit is. The unit has granite countertops, upscale appliances, and it's truly "decorator" decorated. The view is outstanding. We saw dolphins playing in the water almost every day we were there. The owners were very easy to contact and communicate with, and were a pleasure to deal with. If you're looking for a great condo on the beach with beautiful views, easy access to restaurants and shopping, and perfectly located for safe walking, this is it! We definitely did not want to leave when our week was up and we'll be back in the future. Thanks for everything!

The room was super nice and the view was AMAZING! We enjoyed it so much that we hardly left the resort at all. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Peir Park was within walking distance and the pools were awesome. We are already planning a return trip. As our first time to Panama City Beach - we stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed it! The condo is beautiful and just as pictured. They offer all of the comforts of home. The owners are very attentive and made this a very pleasant experience. We would stay here again. Pier Park is very close and is a lot of fun for adults and kids alike. There is so much to do at Pier Park that we went at least 3 times during our week long stay.
