Come and enjoy our cozy Florida beach house which includes Cable TV, Wireless Internet. DVD, and stereo system. The master bedroom is complete with queen size bed and large closet. 2nd Bedroom has a luxury futon and closet and can also be used as a sitting room overlooking the pool. There are ceiling fans in both bedrooms and in the screened in porch. Tile and carpet throughout the house. You can enjoy a dip in our sparkling in-ground pool 24 hours a day.
Quiet, friendly neighborhood. It’s a short stroll to the beach or load up your car with the beach chairs, etc, and drive onto the beach to your perfect spot. Watch the most breathtaking sunrise from the beach. Life guards on duty during season. Some of the best fishing in the world is in the Halifax River, located behind the house and the nearby St John's River. Public boat launch from the Dunlawton bridge. 1 block to jet ski rentals. Grocery store & shopping centers close by. Many great restaurants, churches, and entertainment within walking distance. A dog-friendly beach and park are in nearby Ponce Inlet along with a pet friendly restaurant.
Deep sea fishing charters are also available in Ponce Inlet. Make time to climb the 203 steps to the top of Florida’s tallest lighthouse, the second tallest masonry lighthouse in the nation at Ponce Inlet. Make sure you have your camera. National Park, Kennedy Space Center, Disney, Universal, Daytona Speedway, Daytona Airport, Orlando International Airport and Sandford International Airport are all close by. There is a wide array of activities and something for everyone.
