Located in a gated community on the first tee of the Brigantine Golf Course in Shipyard Plantation, this elegantly furnished 3-bedroom Sailmaster villa offers 1900+ square feet of luxurious living. Each room is decorated in a singular style which blends with the overall decor of the home. A king-sized master bedroom with bath, office area, living room (with fireplace), kitchen, and dining room are on the first floor.
A patio area off both the master bedroom and living room offers a scenic view of the golf course. Two large bedrooms, each with private bath, private balcony and television(including VCR and/or DVD), are on the second floor. One bedroom has a queen bed while the other has two single (twin) beds.
The beach is a 15-minute walk or five-minute bike or car ride away. During the summer season, a free "courtesy cart" shuttle is available between the hours of 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. If you just feel like lounging, a large pool is on site for guests. The world famous VanDerMeer Tennis Center is nearby. Court time can be reserved for a reasonable fee. Free public courts 2 blocks away.
The plantation features 27 holes of golf (greens fees not included) as well as miles of biking and hiking trails. Hilton Head offers every sort of water activity imaginable, fine dining at numerous restaurants and shopping at a variety of outlet and/or specialty stores. The renowned Crown Plaza Resort is a short walk away.
