This warm and cozy cabin is located on the southern mountain side overlooking Twin Lakes. It boasts spectacular views of LaPlata Peak and Mount Elbert. The cabin offers electric, gas and wood burning heat. Plenty of firewood is provided for you and your friends/family if you want to stoke a fire. The newest additions to the cabin are internet access and a hot tub with a lower patio. The tub is great to soak in anytime of day. However it is especially enjoyable during the evening hours as you can gaze out at the night sky and all the shooting stars.
There are 2 levels and a loft. The main level has an open kitchen, dining/living room space, airtight wood burning fireplace and patio. This patio is nestled in a small aspen grove and serves as a peaceful place to enjoy a nice cup of coffee or tea in the morning. Enjoy the warmth of the fire on comfortable leather couches in the living room and watch the Colorado weather change right before your eyes. The half bath on this floor has modern upgrades such as ceramic tile and low flow fixtures. Beetle kill pine wood was used in kitchen millwork and T&G applications. The loft above the kitchen/dining area has a skylight and sleeps two.
The lower level has two bedrooms, a full bath, an entertainment room with a gas burning fireplace and electric heat. The restroom downstairs has a new ceramic tile floor plus a stacked washer/dryer. Each bedroom has a queen bed and ample closet space.
