Are you looking for quiet seclusion & access to adventure any season? Stay at this cabin! Property overlooks Twin Lakes & boasts spectacular views of La Plata Peak & Elbert. Mountainside hot tub at lower patio is great to soak in anytime. Night sky views from the hot tub won't disappoint you!
There are 2 levels & a private loft. Main level has an open kitchen, dining/living room space, airtight wood burning fireplace & patio. The patio is nestled in a small aspen grove & is a peaceful place to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea. Enjoy the warmth of the fire on comfortable leather couches in the living room & watch the ever changing Colorado weather. The 1/2 bath on this floor has modern upgrades such as ceramic tile & low flow fixtures. In the kitchen - beetle kill millwork and T&G applications. The loft above the kitchen/dining area has a skylight which sleeps two (especially liked by kids).
Lower level has two bedrooms, full bath, entertainment room with a gas burning fireplace & electric heat. The restroom downstairs has a new ceramic tile floor & a stacked washer/dryer. Each bedroom has a Sleep Number queen bed & ample closet space.
The cabin offers exceptional privacy, perfect for couples or small families looking to get away from it all. This rustic retreat with modern amenities is sure to provide a pleasurable vacation experience year round!

If you want a quite place, with a great view, away from all the hustle and bustle; you definately want to stay hear. The price is more than reasonable, the house is very well decorated, the view is phenominal, and the Boeve's are a delight to work with. The Boeve's have set a very high bar for other VBRO stays!!!!

"Thank you so much for opening up your lovely cabin to renters. We have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. This is such a comfortable place to unplug & relax. Loved reading on the deck, hot tub was great, enjoyed cooking while looking at these amazing mountains. "...never have we enjoyed such majestic views while eating a Thanksgiving meal. We felt truly blessed...We hope to return in the summer when we plan to hike Mount Massive again. Hopefully, your cabin will be available..."

"Thanks for opening 67 La Plata to rentals. We would definitely come back. The accommodations were comfortable, the kitchen big enough for a couple of cooks in a pinch. We were not left pining for some utensil, it was here. The amenities from the hot tub to the PlayStation made the stay even more enjoyable. The cabin was a great base for a busy itinerary, which took us to the far reaches of a 60 mile radius around Twin Lakes, to places such as Tincup to Redcliff & many more. The cabin with its eclectic decor offered surprises all week. Thinking back to the spectacular views from the living-room will be a comforting thought. We spent no small amount of time gazing. No view was the same; watching weather unfold was a wonder."

We looked at every vrbo cabin in Colorado before finally deciding on this one, and we could not have made a better choice. This cabin was perfect for our family. It wasn't so fancy that we had to constantly worry about the kids touching something, but yet was beautifully decorated. It was so peaceful and beautiful. The kids and dog had a wonderful time at the lake or just playing in the driveway of the cabin. The hot tub was great on the cool evenings and sitting back watching the stars was amazing. Absolutely loved it!
