We are offering a newly renovated 4 plus bedroom, 2 story home with roof top terrace. The second story contains 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with full granite kitchen, dining and media viewing. All floors are bamboo with marble in all baths.
The first floor has 2 bedrooms plus office and 2 baths with small granite kitchen, library with hundreds of books and flat screen HD TV. Floors are marble and tile. Each floor has master bedroom with en suite bath. All bathrooms have new glass showers.
The house is large with over 3500 SF with spacious grounds. The yard contain several tiki huts covering pool areas, barbecue, fish cleaning and stairways. Coconut trees abound with excellent eating qualities. A rooftop terrace can be accessed by a spiral staircase and is a wonderful place to enjoy tropical breezes and a view of the ocean.
The 13' by 28' heated pool is directly accessed from the house and screened for mosquito control. The dock is 100' with room for several boats. It has shore power, shower facilities and a world class fish cleaning table with sink and tiki covering.
The location is the best in the Keys with a five minute walk to a fantastic beach and a short distance to one of the areas best golf courses. Two shopping centers are close by as are many fine restaurants. You can be fishing or diving 5 minutes from the dock, or you can catch fish right from the dock with large tarpon and snook in abundance.
This house has just been renovated from top to bottom and has the best finishes, appliances and features found in a quality residence. We welcome your stay.

Excellent home with great layout for 2 families to share with families or friends that is in great shape. Secluded setting with great canal access for boating or walk to the beach.
Recommended for:Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, families with young children.

The house is beautiful - the website photos are only a glimpse of it. It is perfectly accommodating for large groups - we had 9 total and had room to spare. The floorplan allowed us private and multi-family time. We came to snorkle and this Marathon location provided easy access to Sombrero Reef since the canal commute was 15 minutes or less. We also did sightseeing and shopping. Key West is appx. 45 minutes, Marathon has multiple shops, and Islamarado is not far either. We would definitely rent this house again the next time we are in the Keys.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, age 55+, pet owners, sightseeing, families with young children.

Just returned from a perfect week in Marathon. This house is amazing, and you couldn't ask for better owners. Everything in the house is new and upscale--my only reservation is that we worked pretty hard all week to make sure our rambunctious grandchildren didn't do any damage! We essentially had three families: ourselves and our 2 daughters' families with five children among them. The layout is great, providing some privacy for each family. There are very good beds to sleep 10, but the house could easily accommodate more by simply using couches. The one problem we encountered--with the downstairs air unit--was handled IMMEDIATELY (within minutes). Location within walking distance of Sombrero Beach, central location in Marathon which is in the middle of the keys, easy access to Sombrero Reef where the snorkeling was great...what more could anyone ask ???? We would definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting to enjoy a perfect vacation in Florida.
