We just returned from a week in your wonderful home. Although the photos on the site look great, they really don't do the place justice! The house and grounds were immaculate and look like a resort with tiki thatch everywhere! Upon entering for the first time, someone in our party remarked "I feel like I've just broken into a Hollywood producer's home!" There are two kitchens, multiple sitting areas, plenty of bathrooms and beautifully decorated bedrooms. Although we were a party of four adults and four children, we never felt crowded. And the little touches that were added: soap in the bathrooms, condiments, a gift basket, and extra hair dryers were greatly appreciated! We loved spending the evenings with the kids fishing off the dock. There was one gar that was so eager he was jumping out of the water to get the bait. You know you're in the Keys when you don't even have to put your hook in the water to catch a fish. Thank you so much for providing us such a wonderful place to vacation! We hope to return very soon!

The house is beautiful - the website photos are only a glimpse of it. It is perfectly accommodating for large groups - we had 9 total and had room to spare. The floorplan allowed us private and multi-family time. We came to snorkle and this Marathon location provided easy access to Sombrero Reef since the canal commute was 15 minutes or less. We also did sightseeing and shopping. Key West is appx. 45 minutes, Marathon has multiple shops, and Islamarado is not far either. We would definitely rent this house again the next time we are in the Keys.

Just returned from a perfect week in Marathon. This house is amazing, and you couldn't ask for better owners. Everything in the house is new and upscale--my only reservation is that we worked pretty hard all week to make sure our rambunctious grandchildren didn't do any damage! We essentially had three families: ourselves and our 2 daughters' families with five children among them. The layout is great, providing some privacy for each family. There are very good beds to sleep 10, but the house could easily accommodate more by simply using couches. The one problem we encountered--with the downstairs air unit--was handled IMMEDIATELY (within minutes). Location within walking distance of Sombrero Beach, central location in Marathon which is in the middle of the keys, easy access to Sombrero Reef where the snorkeling was great...what more could anyone ask ???? We would definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting to enjoy a perfect vacation in Florida.

We recently stayed at this LUXURY Villa for a week! Wow...it was better than a 5-star resort!! We comfortably slept 10 people in very cozy beds. We enjoyed having plenty of space to spread out! The kitchen is huge, which was perfect for cooking for our gang. All the bathrooms were spacious and clean! The house was big enough for our crew to all hang out together; however, there were plenty of seating areas for everyone to spread out also (upstairs den, upstairs sunroom, downstairs den, and downstairs bar area). We also enjoyed the outdoor areas. We loved hanging out under the tiki hut while grilling at night, watching the sunset from the rooftop deck, night fishing on the dock, or swimming in the screened pool. We especially enjoyed the fact that the pool was screened in to keep the bugs out. This house had EVERYTHING we needed! Lots of fun. Will definitely return...
