Thelma & Leonard Tippie live in Westerville Ohio and rent our condo when we are not in it! We don't smoke and won't allow smoking in our condo. We like pets, but not in our condo unless you are willing to pay for any damage. Our condo is set up with all the conveniences of home - we are easy to get along with and friendly.
Why the Owner Chose Cypress Woods
We purchased this property because of the location. It is on the #1 fairway of a great golf course that also has swimming, tennis, exercise facility, and clubhouse with great food. It is in a very nice area of Florida in a mature community. We are within walking distance of the clubhouse and easy access to freeways, shopping and many South Florida sightseeing opportunities. It is 1700 sq ft and layed out very nicely. Can sit up to 12 or 13 for eating.
