This 3 bedroom, 2 bath condo has a king in the master bedroom and a king in the guest bedroom. There are bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the family room.
The bunk room is a smaller room with a door and window including a set of bunk beds, a small dresser, and a TV with cable and DVD player. The kids will just love the bunk room! The kitchen is fully stocked and has many small appliances. There is also a full size washer and dryer. The beach service of two chairs and one umbrella is complimentary, weather and beach conditions permitting, between March 15 and October 31. Total square foot of the condo is 1040 with a 40 foot balcony.
Maravilla is one of the most popular family complexes with a 2.5 acre beautiful beach, two pools (one heated), hot tub, poolside grills, and a fitness room. The community club house is available for larger gatherings and comes equipped with a kitchen and sitting area with a 48 inch big screen TV. Maravilla is conveniently located approximately 3 miles East of the Destin Wal-Mart and 3 miles west of the Sandestin Outlet Mall.
