This direct Gulf Front large 2 bedroom condo is located in Indian Rocks Beach, on one of the loveliest beaches in Florida. Our private, extra large balcony faces directly onto the Gulf of Mexico for incredible sun and moonsets! Imagine yourself sitting there listening to the surf after a wonderful day of walking the beach, shelling, or building sandcastles, and watching the dolphins!
Below your 3rd floor condo balcony, is a spacious deck with a heated swimming pool, and direct access to the beach. The deck has many lounge chairs and tables with umbrellas and two gas BBQ's for your use. On the other side of the building, across the road is the Intercoastal Waterway where you can sit and watch the yachts and sailboats glide by. You can fish there, or in the Gulf competing with the pelicans!!
Our condo is decorated in traditional light, airy Florida style. It is bright and cheerful, very clean, and well maintained, as this is our second home and not just a rental.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed with private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has twin beds and is across from the second full bathroom. All linen is supplied.
Our condo is also equipped with phone, 2 TVs, VCR, DVD, and CD system. Our open concept kitchen with breakfast bar is fully equipped with everything you need for your home away from home. The dining room table seats six. There is a laundry room on each floor and you are close to the elevator.
The grounds are meticulously kept. The pool, pool deck, and chairs are cleaned every morning and a shower is available at the entrance from the well groomed beach. Many guests enjoy returning year after year as this 3 story building is one of the most inviting and intimate on the beach. There is an on-site office open 7 days a week, should you need information or advice. The staff there is very helpful and welcoming.
Wonderful restaurants and gathering places are within walking distance, and there are many attractions and activities including all water sports. And of course, golf courses abound! You are about 25 miles from Tampa and Busch Gardens, and about 70 miles from Orlando, and Disney theme parks.
This is our vacation paradise. We would like it to be yours too!

After we had rented in this building for several years, we found one unit for sale and immediately bought it. The location is perfect and the view breathtaking. When we're staying there, we never miss toasting the sunset and thinking of those up north who are missing the warmth and the beauty.

Swimming in the Gulf, walking the beach, (or jogging!) watching the dolphins and native birds and of course, toasting the beautiful sunsets! Al is a keen golfer and makes sure he hits the links several times a week.

My family decided to spend Chritsmas on the beach this year and have never been to Indian Shores. I have to say, the pictures do not do this condo justice. It was absolutely beautiful! We were a bit skeptical renting something on line, but the owners went out of their way to make us comfortable. They were so kind and helpful. The staff was also very friendly and accomodating. The grounds, pool area, even the hallways were well maintained and clean. There were even helpful little notes on how to use the appliances!! (actually this came in very handy!!) When we walked in the condo for the first time, I immediately fell in love!! The first thing I did was open the patio doors to smell the sea air, and listen to the waves. Christmas Day was spent laying on the beach since it was 80 degrees!! And the highlight....watching the dolphins play!! St. John's pass has some great places to shop, and if you like Taffy, then you have to visit the little shop on the boardwalk!! And of course Bubba Gumps is a must!! The evenings were spent just relaxing on the balcony, watching the sun go down, i even had my husband buy me some binoculars so i could watch for Dolphins!! It was great!!! The only bad thing was.....leaving!! This will be one vacation/ Christmas we will never forget, and absolutely cannot wait to go back!! Thank you Al and Sheila for sharing your home with us. We are looking forward to staying there again!

My husband and I, along with my mother, LOVED this location and condo!! We enjoyed local FRESH seafood and fish (cooked on the bbq) while watching the sunset from the very private comfortable balcony. Every morning we enjoyed our coffees while watching the dolphins and stingrays swim by. Several golf courses are just a few minutes away and very reasonably priced. When the sun was just too hot, we jumped in the pool as warm at bath water and relaxed on the private beach deck. This condo is very clean, comfortable and easy to relax in. Thank you for sharing your very relaxing and beautiful location.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+.

This is a terrific condo. It is beautifully decorated, yet comfortable and homey and well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beach view and beach walking were fabulous and we enjoyed many meals on the balcony overlooking the gulf. The area has great shopping and restaurants with several places of interest to explore (Botanical Gardens, Sunken Garden etc.). We have holidayed in this area for over twenty years and this is the best organized and most inviting suite we have rented so far. We hated to leave!
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We walked on the beach, raised our glasses each evening to the setting sun, watched the endless parade of beachwalkers, and took advantage of the many bargains in the Florida stores. Each time we visit we appreciate the new additions and changes. We look forward to more successful visits!

The condo #314 is everything you could ask for in a "home away from home".The host family has gone out of their way to make sure guests are well provided for and very comfortable. We would recommend this unit to anyone looking to rent. Thank you for allowing us into your home. Some of the highlights were walking on the beach, watching the sunsets, spending time with friends, laughing and talking!

I rented this condo for 2 weeks to celebrate my 50th birthday ... it was FABULOUS! The condo is exactly as it is pictured, in fact I don't think the pictures do it justice (I took many of my own to remember all the details!). Anyone who has been to the gulf coast of Florida (I am a native, although I don't live in Florida now) knows that Indian Rocks Beach is a beautiful place and this particular condo is no exception! Beautifully decorated and complete with everything I needed to have a great vacation!! I have been visiting the gulf coast beaches every summer for almost 20 years and this has been my favorite place to stay ... thanks Sheila and Al ... I'll be back :)

Thank you Sheila and Al for our stay at your condo on the beach. It is well located and easy to find with many restaurants in close proximity. The condo was clean,well equipped and comfy with everything we needed from pots, pans, dishes, utensils and a corkscrew. A special thanks for making our first morning stress free. Even though the weather was cooler than we would have liked we still found lots of time to walk the beach with our grand daughters and use the pool which was heated. We really enjoyed staying at your place and we would not hesitate to recommend it to others. Thank you once again, Mark and Lisette

My husband and I have just completed a wonderful vacation at this beautiful condo.The view from the deck is beautiful. The condo is located walking distance from several great restaurants with golf courses a short drive away. The complex is very well kept with a large deck and a beauiful swimming pool. The condo has a spacious living/dining room with a well supplied kitchen.
