Everyone who stays at our beachfront Casa Bonita condo returns year after year! It is on the sixth floor and affords the perfect view of the Gulf of Mexico with its wildlife and beautiful sunsets from the master bedroom, the living room area, and, of course, the lanai. In fact, photography aficionados often stop right in front of our building to take photographs of the spectacular sunsets.
The condo has been completed renovated. It has all new appliances with a convection oven-microwave and beautiful granite countertops in the kitchen and bathrooms. And, check out the "rain shower" in the master bath. It is relaxing and invigorating at the same time! There are full sized washer and dryer in the utility room.
The living room has a beautiful, soft leather sofa which can easily serve as additional sleeping arrangement for one person. Both bedrooms have television sets with cable connection. We have even provided you with wireless access to the internet for your use.
This building is located in one of the most beautiful stretches of white sandy beaches in Southwest Florida. In fact, it is just around the corner from Lovers Key State Park Beach which was chosen by the Travel Channel as one of the ten most beautiful beaches in the world!
The Bonita Springs area is well known for its golf courses, shopping and restaurants. Boat rentals, fishing and all water sports are readily available also. Enjoy kayaking in the bay with dolphins swimming around you! If your taste also takes you to the more formal entertainment, Naples, Fort Myers and Marco Island, as well as Sanibel/Captiva Islands, are just a short drive away. There you can enjoy museums, theatre and opera and more excellent restaurants.

Why the Owner Chose Bonita Beach
We had vacationed in Bonita Beach for years before we finally had the chance to buy our own place. We have never looked back on that decision! We joke that once we arrive in Bonita seldom do we change out of our casual clothes or bathing suits, unless we are in the mood to enjoy one of the excellent restaurants in the area.
The Unique Benefits at this Condominium
This place provides us with the quiet and relaxation we need when we take a break from our busy lives. Just sitting in the lanai watching the waves and birds is often enough for us. At night, the sound of the waves is soothing and helps us sleep.

We are professionals who live in Miami, FL. Bonita is just a close enough drive to allow us to come often. Our children are all grown up and pitch in to care for our two dogs for a long weekend or so!
