We fell in love with our condo the minute we first saw it~ the views of Lake Dillon and the mountains, combined with the comfortable layout, fantastic gas fireplace, and proximity to the Marina, Amphitheater, Ski Resorts, Bike Path, and restaurants, made it exactly what we were looking for!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We have absolutely fantastic views (3rd Floor) of Lake Dillon and the mountains (Buffalo Mtn, Peak 1, 10-mile Range). The open floor-plan with cathedral ceiling and rustic rock wall feels spacious and comfortable for entertaining, and comfy-cozy by the fire in the evenings. The kitchen is well-equipped and efficient, with a great Jenn-Aire grill-cooktop, in case grilling on the deck isn't an option. The two bedrooms each have their own full bathroom, ensuring quiet and privacy. And a washer-dryer in the unit keeps everything as easy as possible. We have a 3-minute walk to the Marina, and can be on the bike paths in less time than that. In winter, we can choose from 6 different ski areas, some as close as 10 minutes away!
3-minute walk from our place! Rent any kind of boat or catch the Water-Taxi to Frisco. Have a Great beer & lunch on the scenic water-side deck!
Ride to Frisco, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and more on the most scenic bike paths anywhere!
Best breakfast in Dillon (and great lunches and dinners, too!). Wonderful patio, historic & cozy setting, immediately across from our place.
Catch the FREE shuttle to all surrounding towns & ski resorts, right across the street!
Excellent micro-brewery & steak-house...The BEST apres-sail or apres-ski spot in Dillon!

We've been sailing, biking and hiking in and around Dillon for years now, and love it more all the time! We're "empty nesters", and enjoy being here in Summit County so much, we see no reason to go anywhere else for our “getaways”. We’re sailors from way back, and Lake Dillon gives us the kind of challenge we really love, in the most beautiful setting imaginable! We also love entertaining, and grilling dinner on our deck overlooking the lake & mountains is the perfect venue to share with friends and family.
