Mainsail is a perfect family-oriented vacation destination on a private, gate-guarded 15-acre resort complex with over 700' of private beachfront. There are no roads to cross to access the beach. It has 2 pools, kiddies splash area, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, workout room, shuffleboard, beach volleyball, BBQ grills and video game room.
The condo is in an ideal location, walking distance to the largest outlet shopping center in the Southeast (Silver Sands), restaurants, and grocery store. Close to the great restaurants Destin has to offer. Baytowne Wharf and Grand Boulevard are just minutes away. The beach is gorgeous and ready for relaxation or water sports. We are on the gulf side where you can walk or bike ride down the scenic beach road. Golf is only ten minutes away or less at nine fine courses, all in the Destin area. All of this and the most beautiful beaches in the world are just a few steps from your door.
The condo has 1208 sq ft. with two bedrooms and two baths. There is a King in the Master and 2 twins in the other bedroom. There is a 40” flat screen, 2 TVs, 1 DVD & 2 VCRs, and a fully equipped kitchen. Free beach setup (1 umbrella and 2 chairs) from May to October. Free wireless Internet.
Sit on our balcony with your morning cup of coffee or your afternoon glass of wine and watch the waves of the Emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Why the Owner Chose Mainsail
We have vacationed at Mainsail for 15 years and love the property so have purchased. It is very family friendly and you don't have to cross 98 to get to the beach!
