Well-appointed and inviting, our one-bedroom, 2-full-bath condo includes a hallway bunk area and a sofa bed in the great room – plenty of room to accommodate up to six guests. Nine-foot walls, floor-to-ceiling windows and an open floor plan offer a panorama of Panama City Beach's award-winning sugar-white sands and crystalline emerald waters.
The elegant master bedroom with a king-size bed lures you to kick back and relax. Equipped with a TV and DVD/VCR, the bedroom has a private full bath. Comfortable bunks tucked neatly into a hallway alcove are big enough for adults. A second full bath provides convenient accommodations for all your guests.
The great room, spacious and comfy, includes 27' TV and DVD/VCR for your entertainment. Sliding glass doors lure you to step out onto the private balcony and breathe in the tropical breezes while the sounds of the sea lull you to relaxation. At bird's-eye level on the 6th floor, take in the beach and pool activities below, then sit back and witness some of nature's most awesome sunsets.
Our large kitchen includes modern appliances and pantries stocked with all the amenities of home. With a trip to a nearby grocer and to the marina for fresh-caught seafood, you'll be all set for a homemade gourmet meal
In addition to a breakfast bar, a separate dining area offers plenty of seating to enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. A stacked washer-and-dryer unit adds another layer of convenience, and allows you to pack light.
If you don't want to cook in the condo, simply walk right next door to Schooner's, a lively local favorite that serves the best grouper sandwiches, drinks and entertainment - and celebrates each sunset!

The condo was exactly what we wanted. Very clean, right on the beach. Would stay here again! Short walk to beach and not too crowded!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The property has a warm and friendly decor. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view was spectacular!! We would spend our days going between the beach and the pool. The restaurant/ bar Schooner's is a right next door. They have live entertainment and great food!! We had a wonderful stay and would rent this condo again and again!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We had a very nice stay at this condo. I had to contact the owners about something and they responded very quickly, which I appreciated! The condo itself is well laid out and decorated tastefully. We had a great time on our first family vacation with our two young children. Seychelles is very family friendly and is away from all of the younger spring break party crowd. We were around many families and had no problems with loud college students and teenagers. Schooners is an awesome restaurant right beside Seychelles and we ate there a lot....was very convenient with our young family.Recommended for: Families with young children.

Loved the location of this resort! We were away from the hoopla of spring break, but were still close to great restaurants and shopping. Went to Pier Park almost every day. What I liked most of all was just being steps from the beach. The condo was spacious and very tastefully decorated. Also liked the fact that there was security on duty to enforce the pool times and keep partying activity limited. I would highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a place to get away and relax.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Condo was nicely decorated and clean!!!! The listing was accurate and the owner very helpful with any questions. Also, felt comfortable to know that while we were there, if anything would come up, we could call the owner. Enjoyed Schooner's next door to eat. Didn't hear the music at all. Scampi's and Montego Bay within walking distance. Also, a small breakfast restaurant with good food! Other restaurants nearby so all went well. Beautiful view of the ocean. Very relaxing!Recommended for: Age 55+.

We found the condo to be spotless and fully stocked with everything we needed. The building was nice, and the location was great. The views are amazing! Thanks for such a great experience at your condo! The view was spectacular as was the weather which helped. My husband and I enjoyed the restaurants within walking distance, not getting in the car once after we left. It was clean, practical and lovely. The condo was cozy. Easy access to everything we needed. We loved the keyless entry. Pools were nice great access to the beach. We received a prompt response to our questions. Deposit was refunded within days of our departure. We want to return. The only thing I would ask before we return next year is that there are new pillows for all of the beds. Please replace!! And the blender was missing.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We so enjoyed every minute of our stay here, great place, great location; the condo was everything stated & very clean with everything needed. The view was from the balcony was wonderful, great view as we saw the dolphins playing in the mornings. We planned our vacation around the weekend that Schooners next door had the “lobster fest” and it was the best time. We definitely plan to stay here again in the future. Love the security in the parking garage and building… Thanks for a great vacation and the perfect place to stay!! Will share the info with all my friends and family..Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
