The unit is an immaculate, second floor 1225 sq foot two bedroom/two bath flat (no stairs in unit), offering wonderful water views of both the lagoon and the ocean, right off your balcony. The complex has a contemporary style, and accents privacy with a gated entrance, individual unit entry, garages and driveway parking for each unit -ultimate parking convenience! The exterior of these condominiums was refurbished recently. Among the upgrades: new roofs, boardwalk, balconies and sliding doors and windows. They are in excellent condition, inside and out.
Our unit is furnished in a casual beach theme that compliments the ocean backdrop. The spacious master bedroom has a queen-size bed, beautiful furniture & a walk-in closet, through which you enter the master bathroom. Sliding glass doors open from the bedroom onto a balcony, affording a direct view of the lagoon, sand dunes and ocean. The guest bedroom is quite large as well, with a king size bed, desk area & large walk-in closet. A second full bath serves the guest bedroom and main area.
The kitchen is fully equipped and well organized-- easy to cook here full time. It has a pass through bar to the dining area, which easily seats 4-6. The living room has a pull-out sofa, custom built entertainment unit with flat screen LCD HDTV and fireplace, with sliding glass doors accessing the balcony. Seating for six on balcony; a perfect place to relax and eat a casual meal while enjoying warm ocean breezes. A complete laundry room, situated near the front area of unit, is convenient and limits appliance noise for rest of condo.

We love it here! Seawinds offers a peaceful, scenic setting, has great amenities and is in beautiful condition. The beach is relaxing, the restaurants abound with fresh seafood and this area offers activities for all of us, whether deep sea fishing, touring the St. Augustine Lighthouse or browsing shops on St. George's, a famous downtown historic street. It is an easy and pleasant weekend or week long escape, only an hour and a half drive from our home. The short distance allows us to keep our unit in tip top shape.

We grew up living near and enjoying Florida's West coast beaches. While attending college in Gainesville, Florida, we discovered Florida's North East Coast- specifically the St Augustine/Crescent Beach area. We returned to Gainesville in 1995, after 9 years residence in St Petersburg, Florida. Soon after, we began regular visits to the beach and city of St. Augustine with our growing and active family. It was fun for our kids when they were little, and as teens, they still love to come here with us-- (friends included!). Over the years, we have introduced many family members and friends to this area, sharing our love and enjoyment of this special place with others. Folks have consistently remarked on its beauty, versatility, and ability to provide a relaxing, casual environment to vacation in-- whether for a girls' or guys' getaway, a memorable visit with grandparents/relatives, a pleasant couple's or family vacation.
