Just 10 minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine, this beautifully landscaped complex is located on Anastasia Island, a quiet stretch of sandy shoreline just off A1A Beach Blvd. It is minutes from all the conveniences you need: grocery, restaurants, drug store, putt-putt golf, tourist shopping & ice cream! The unit is an immaculate second floor 1230 sq foot two bedroom/two bath flat,(up a stair flight, but no stairs in unit), offering views of both the lagoon below, and the ocean, right off your balcony. Sea Winds has a clean, eye-pleasing pool, new hot tub and tennis courts. Our unit has bikes, tennis rackets and beach equipment for your enjoyment of area offerings. The complex is peaceful and family friendly, with a contemporary style. It accents privacy with a gated entrance, individual unit entry, garage and driveway parking at each unit - the ultimate parking convenience! Our complex and unit are in excellent condition, inside and out.

Our unit is furnished in a casual beach theme, complimenting the ocean backdrop. The spacious master bedroom has a queen-size bed, beautiful furniture & a walk-in closet, through which you enter the master bathroom. Sliding glass doors open onto a balcony, affording a direct view of the lagoon, sand dunes and ocean. The guest bedroom is quite large as well, with a king size bed, desk/computer area & large walk-in closet. A second full bath serves the guest bedroom and main area. An excellent arrangement for two couples or a family of up to 6.
Superior kitchen-- fully equipped & well organized-- easy to cook here full time. It has a pass through bar to the dining area, easily seating 4-6, and a large custom food pantry. The living room has a pull-out sleeper sofa (with added foam mattress pad for comfort), custom built entertainment unit with flat screen LCD HDTV and fireplace, and sliding glass doors accessing the balcony. Seating for six on balcony; a perfect place to relax and eat a casual meal or relax and enjoy warm ocean breezes. A complete laundry room, situated near the front area of unit, is convenient and totally quiet!

The wide stretch of beach offers swimming, surfing, shelling, sunbathing, snorkeling and fishing. We love it here! Sea Winds offers a peaceful, scenic setting, has great amenities and is in excellent condition. St. Augustine Beach is aesthetically pleasing-- exceptionally well maintained-- the wide expanse of beach, roadways, condos, hotels, restaurants and retail venues. The beach is relaxing, the restaurants abound with fresh seafood and there are activities for all members/ages of our family. It is an easy and pleasant weekend or week long escape, only 1 1/2 hour's drive from our home. The short distance allows us to keep our unit in tip top shape.

BEACH ACCESS- a 2 minute stroll from our door, along the scenic boardwalk, between lush dunes & onto soft sand, with all its offerings. TENNIS & SWIMMING at our condominium facilities or entertaining at the complex clubhouse. BIKING on the beach or along Beach Blvd. We enjoy the convenient location for its quick access to area attractions, shopping, and restaurants, with the bonus of quieter travel on Beach Blvd (Old A1A, see map). However, we are convenient to, (minutes' drives) local grocery, drugstore and other necessary businesses--including tourist shops, and a fresh seafood store, stocked with fare "just off the boat", ready to prepare for a local feast! (marked on google map). Favorite restaurants nearby: Salt Water Cowboy's, O'Steen's (shrimp), South Beach Grill, Sunset Grille, Mango Mango's, Harry's, The Columbia, Cafe 11 (excellent weekend brunch & gelato!)

We grew up on Florida's Gulf Coast. While attending college in Gainesville, Florida, we discovered the North East Florida Coast- specifically the St Augustine/Crescent Beach area. We returned to Gainesville in 1995. Soon after, our growing & active family began regular visits to the beach and historic city of St. Augustine. Our children loved it then, and still enjoy it as teens/young adults. We've introduced family members and friends to this area, sharing our love and enjoyment of this special place. Folks consistently remark on its beauty--both the beach and area in general-- its versatility, and ability to provide a relaxing, casual environment to vacation in-- whether for a family vacation, couple's retreat, girls' or guys' getaway,or memorable visit with grandparents/relatives.

We had Such A good time at this property! On the beach, Pool n Hot tub, close to historic down-town St. Augustine and the best part was they provided everything you need for A comfortable stay in thier home. Fully equipt condo just like your own. Had a great time n would definatly reccommend.

We have stayed at this property twice and will stay there again and again. Maybe I shouldn't be saying this because I want the calendar open for us. LOL! But we just got back from spending our 5 year anniversary there. The place is clean. The location is perfect! You are walking distance from the beach, and I don't mean crossing a highway to get there. You can see the beach from the master bedroom. It is close to all kinds of attractions and not that far from Orlando if you wanted to do Disneyworld, Epcot, or Sea World and more. It's about a lovely one and half hour drive on a pretty open highway. There are plenty of eating places. Just take a look at the big white notebook in the condo. And to top all of this, the owners are wonderful! I give this place 5 stars.

We stayed here Oct 26 through Oct 30, and absolutely loved it. I cant think of a thing that we would have needed that wasnt there for our use. The furniture is very comfortable, and the condo was very clean. We felt very much at home here, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. I loved the walk to the beach, and I really liked how uncrowded the beach was. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in the St Augustine area. We were very happy with this condo, and I hope to return again in the future. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

We were well pleased with our accommodations at Sea Winds. The condo and surroundings were exactly as they were depicted in the photos. Both were very clean. Each sleeping quarter had its own T.V. and DVD or BluRay player. The beds and pullout were very comfortable. Enjoy the turtles along the way to the beautiful powdery white sand beach. Approx. 2 min. walk. Downtown was a short drive away. Before we return to St. Augustine we will definitely make plans to call Sea Winds home away from home again.

We rented this condo for a week long get away for two couples. It was perfectly sized and had EVERYTHING we could have needed other than food! The condo smelled so clean when we first walked in. A nice way to start! Just a short walk to the beach, and the garage and garden hose certainly made clean up a breeze. We really appreciate the "extra" things provided such as movies, games, beach toys, and so much more! We look forward to staying here again! Thank you so much

What a nice CLEAN condo. My husband and I and 4 grandkids ages 20-11,we were there for almost a week and hated to leave! So convient to every thing we wanted to see and do, plus close to a grocery store. The location was perfect! Didn't have to worry about crossing any street and there was a shower at the end of the walk way to spray the sand off so we didn't track sand every where.The walk in closet was so big my grand daughter wanted to sleep there! The owners were very helpful and easy to talk to. I keeping Jeff in my phone so I can have his number to give to anyone going to St. Augustine and need a place to stay! We will have to go back because there is sooo much to do in St.Augustine.

Quiet and convenience community for shopping, supermarket and the seafood shop. Short distant to walk to the beach and shower is available on the way. Thanks to the Peet family for such a wonderful vacation. The condo is great....location is close to beach and pool. The kids had such a great time riding waves and playing in the ocean. The photos in the description were right on and the condo was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking - plenty of plate/glasses. We ate out often for dinner - some of our favorites were Mango Mangos, Caps, Barnacle Bills, and Columbia! Downtown St. Augustine is always fun as well. The Peet family were so receptive and quick to get back to me with questions, and provided lots of information regarding restaurants and things to do locally. Thanks for a great stay!!
