My family has stayed in many properties through vrbo.com over the last 5 years. This is BY FAR the best equipped and well maintained property we have seen - and we've been in some great properties! The condo community is smaller, but has all the amenities we needed (pool, hot tub, tennis courts and easy beach access). We were a short walk from the beach and pool (the condo is located approximately mid-way between the two). There were beach toys, chairs, etc... in the unit's garage. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a FULL Thanksgiving meal (which I did), and I adored the extra storage provided by the innovative pantry space. There was a cold snap while we were there, but it didn't stop us from enjoying the property and all that St. Augustine has to offer. (We did wish the pool had been heated, but we just spent our time in the hot tub instead.) The drive into the Old City was convenient, as were amenities such as restaurants, grocery stores, and more.

My best friend and I rented your condo this past week so we could explore St. Augustine. I cannot say enough good things about this condo. It is immaculate, spacious, comfortable and in a great location. It was peaceful and quiet at night.I could hear the ocean from the master bedroom while I was reading at night. We walked to the beach every day and it was so nice to have the chairs there to use. We loved Historic Downtown as well and it was much closer than we thought. It took about 10 minutes to drive there. We liked the Oasis restaurant and the Hurricane restaurant. The Sunset Grill was also delicious. I am so disappointed that your place is rented out in March 2013. I wanted to bring my husband and daughters down there for spring break. I would definitely stay here again. It will be hard to find another condo to measure up to this one!

The condo was perfect in all respects and absolutely everything the owners wrote in their description. We had relaxing beach days and some touristy days, too. The attention to detail and the thoughtfulness with which this condominium is furnished, makes a vacation a real vacation. The owners thought of absolutely everything. Sunsets from the porch were a bonus. The owner was very helpful, very willing to work with us, and I would definitely recommend this property. In fact, we are hoping to return ourselves !

This property was exactly what we needed for our weekend stay in St. Augustine. The location made the Old Town very accessable. Good restaurants and grocery stores are very close by, too. Don't miss the World Famous Oasis ( very close on A1A) for breakfast! The condo was very clean and very well maintained. It is obvious that the owners take great pride in their property and that they take great pains to extend the utmost in hospitality. As mentioned in the reviews, everything that you need is there waiting for you when you arrive. You don't even need to buy sugar for your coffee! Nice linens are are the beds in the spacious bedrooms and nice towels are stocked in the baths. Even though we did not have a need for them, lots of beach stuff is there for the visitor to use.The only negative, and it was a very small one to me, is that the ocean is not so visible accept from one corner of the nice balcony. The owners have, however, placed a table and chairs in that corner that will allow you to sit and enjoy the view. The pictures of the lagoon and the ocean are taken from that corner. The lagoon is very pretty and the beach is accessed by a very well maintained walkway. The owner will provide detailed information that will make check in a breeze and they are very easy to communicate with during the pre-rental process. I would not hesitate to recommed this property to friend or relative. I hope to visit again.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about your condo! The bikes and beach wagon were an added plus! We cooked in the condo most of the time, and we had everything we needed except the food! All the comforts of home!I definitely want to go back!

This place was amazing. We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend, for 4 nights...and it wasn't enough time. The condo was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, including beach chairs and bikes. The furnishings were comfortable, and the area was really quite. The walk to the beach was short and even with a bad knee it didn't seem far. Downtown St. Augustine was our favorite tourist spot...lots af shopping and great restaurants. Jeff was very friendly and made us feel welcomed in his family home. We are already concidering a return trip this fall. Trust me, you will not be disappointed!

My husband and I just returned from staying at the Sea Winds Condo. We enjoyed the condo and the beach area very much. The condo was everything it said it was on the listing. We chose it because it said that they provided the beach chairs, towels, etc., and that was so convienent since we flew there, we obviously could not bring all those things. We rode the bikes around the town and to the lighthouse. The complex was very quiet, and at night we had the sliding door open and you could hear the ocean. The owners had put on their website a map that showed various things, such as the grocery store, and various sites to visit, so that was helpful in seeing before we got there so I knew where things were prior. Overall, we would return again, and hope we can. It was a wonderful getaway for us. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had Such A good time at this property! On the beach, Pool n Hot tub, close to historic down-town St. Augustine and the best part was they provided everything you need for A comfortable stay in thier home. Fully equipt condo just like your own. Had a great time n would definatly reccommend.

We have stayed at this property twice and will stay there again and again. Maybe I shouldn't be saying this because I want the calendar open for us. LOL! But we just got back from spending our 5 year anniversary there. The place is clean. The location is perfect! You are walking distance from the beach, and I don't mean crossing a highway to get there. You can see the beach from the master bedroom. It is close to all kinds of attractions and not that far from Orlando if you wanted to do Disneyworld, Epcot, or Sea World and more. It's about a lovely one and half hour drive on a pretty open highway. There are plenty of eating places. Just take a look at the big white notebook in the condo. And to top all of this, the owners are wonderful! I give this place 5 stars.

We stayed here Oct 26 through Oct 30, and absolutely loved it. I cant think of a thing that we would have needed that wasnt there for our use. The furniture is very comfortable, and the condo was very clean. We felt very much at home here, and the atmosphere was so relaxing. I loved the walk to the beach, and I really liked how uncrowded the beach was. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in the St Augustine area. We were very happy with this condo, and I hope to return again in the future. You will not be disappointed if you choose to stay here.

We were well pleased with our accommodations at Sea Winds. The condo and surroundings were exactly as they were depicted in the photos. Both were very clean. Each sleeping quarter had its own T.V. and DVD or BluRay player. The beds and pullout were very comfortable. Enjoy the turtles along the way to the beautiful powdery white sand beach. Approx. 2 min. walk. Downtown was a short drive away. Before we return to St. Augustine we will definitely make plans to call Sea Winds home away from home again.

We rented this condo for a week long get away for two couples. It was perfectly sized and had EVERYTHING we could have needed other than food! The condo smelled so clean when we first walked in. A nice way to start! Just a short walk to the beach, and the garage and garden hose certainly made clean up a breeze. We really appreciate the "extra" things provided such as movies, games, beach toys, and so much more! We look forward to staying here again! Thank you so much

What a nice CLEAN condo. My husband and I and 4 grandkids ages 20-11,we were there for almost a week and hated to leave! So convient to every thing we wanted to see and do, plus close to a grocery store. The location was perfect! Didn't have to worry about crossing any street and there was a shower at the end of the walk way to spray the sand off so we didn't track sand every where.The walk in closet was so big my grand daughter wanted to sleep there! The owners were very helpful and easy to talk to. I keeping Jeff in my phone so I can have his number to give to anyone going to St. Augustine and need a place to stay! We will have to go back because there is sooo much to do in St.Augustine.

Thanks to the Peet family for such a wonderful vacation. The condo is great....location is close to beach and pool. The kids had such a great time riding waves and playing in the ocean. The photos in the description were right on and the condo was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking - plenty of plate/glasses. We ate out often for dinner - some of our favorites were Mango Mangos, Caps, Barnacle Bills, and Columbia! Downtown St. Augustine is always fun as well. The Peet family were so receptive and quick to get back to me with questions, and provided lots of information regarding restaurants and things to do locally. Thanks for a great stay!!

Thank you for your beach condo for our family to stay! We had great time. Your condo is clean, and has many resources that we can use, even for the beach. Quiet and convenience community for shopping, supermarket and the seafood shop. Short distant to walk to the beach and shower is available on the way. Your family is friendly and easy to communicate during the whole process. Highly recommend to friends and relatives. Our family had great, relax and memorable vacation time. We really enjoyed our stay at your condo. Everything was just as the listing discribed. It was very clean and well kept. The chairs and sand toys were put to good use as our 4 year old grandson was with us. The condo was well supplied with everything that you would need. The owners were very nice and answered all our questions. I would recommend this condo and would love to come back and stay for a longer period of time. We were only here for 3 days then we traveled on to Disney. Thanks again we had a great time!

We just returned from 4 nights at this beautiful, convenient condo with our granddaughters. This was their first trip to St. Augustine and being on the beach as well was like having two vacations in one! We communicated with the owners via e-mail and they were extremely responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for convenience, relaxation and comfort, and hope to go back ourselves.

We had a great visit at this condo! The condo is very well-equipped, clean, spacious, and has a nice ocean view from the balcony. It is very conveniently located--walking distance from the Publix, near many restaurants, and only about 10 minutes from downtown St. Augustine. The pool area is quite nice and the owners were very easy to work with--would definitely recommend this condo!

Our stay in this condo was a very good experience. We have been staying at Sea Winds on our vacations for several years and this condo has to be at the top of our list. The condo had everything that we needed from beach towels to beach toys and bicycles. The only things we needed to pack was our clothes. Thanks to Jeff and his family, our stay was our best yet at St Augustine Beach.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The unit itself is exactly as described, but even better than the photos! It is beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and well-equipped for all of your vacation needs. Our children particularly enjoyed the bikes, as well as the uncrowded pool and beach. Sea Winds is very close to restaurants, shopping, and St. Augustine tourist destinations.

We just got back today and had SUCH an amazing time! The condo is at such an ideal location. It is so close to the beach, which by the way is a perfect beach! There were not very many people which was nice. The condo was very very comfortable and cute! It had absolutely everything we needed! It was our home away from home. I would highly reccommend this condo if you're looking for a place to stay! We would definitly be happy to go here again!

This property is fully remodeled and beautifully appointed. Everything needed-other than your bathing suit-is there as well. From the front door to the balcony, you'll enjoy your stay here. Great kitchen as well, complete with double oven range and every cooking trinket imaginable. Though the enclosed garage was a bit small for our Tahoe, it actually worked out for the best. We left all our beach stuff in our cart behind the locked and remote controlled overhead door. No hauling things up a flight of stairs. And always ready to go next day! St. Augustine Beach is an un-commercialized stretch of the Atlantic that's a haven for history seekers and a refuge for those who simply need to chill out. Plenty of good restaurants beyond the chains and fern bars. Creekside is our favorite. Would we recommend this property? Definitely. Would we come back here? Absolutely.

We had a wonderful vacation in St Augustine. EVERYTHING was just as described! The location was great. Restaurants and activities were just a short bicycle ride away or easy to get by car. There is so much to do. The condo is far enough away to avoid the confusion of the crowds for a relaxing vacation.The whole facility was very well kept and the condo itself was just like being a welcome guest in someones home. It was just as described in every way, through the pictures and as described. The owners were super helpful and checked to make sure everything was ok. Thanks for making our vacation special.

This condo is very clean and well kept. Very roomy and had all the comforts of home. Just a couple minutes to the beautiful, large beach. Many restaurants in the area. Owners very helpful in answering questions regarding activities , etc. in the area. Only about 10 or 15 minutes from St. Augustine. We would definately recommend this condo.

We rented this property for three months last year and it was great. The unit was very comfortable, well equipped and very clean. The owners were very helpful to us and very informative when it came to their unit. They actually checked in with us during our visit to make sure everything was going well. The location of this unit was terrific. Being a first time visitor, we found everything easily accessible. It is close to the grocery store, library, post office, church, etc. Down town St. Augustine is only a short distance away so we could go several times to make sure we saw everything. The best thing is the beach is just a short stroll out the door and down the boardwalk. There were bikes to ride and also a gas grill for cooking. All the conveniences of home even though we were on vacation. We look forward to returning next year.

We stayed in the unit over the Labor Day weekend and were delighted with our time there. The unit is in impeccable condition, with all the amenities you need. The bedrooms are large and can even accommodate kids on air mattresses. The beach is right outside your door and there are also other things to do close by. The old city of St Augustine is a 10 min drive away. We highly recommend it and will be back.
