Best Vacation we have had in a long time. Weather was not great, but Myrtle Beach has a lot to do even when you can't go to the beach. Condo was comfortable, clean and was well equipped for a very comfortable stay. The view is fantastic and the staff at the Anderson are very accomodating. Susan is wonderful to work with. Answered all my questions and was very patient and kind!! We will definitely look here first when traveling back to Myrtle Beach.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH OUR STAY AT THIS CONDO. THE BEDS WERE EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE AND THE CONDO WAS VERY SPACIOUS! THE VIEWS WERE AWESOME AND THE BALCONY WAS HUGE! This unit had a great view and a great central location. The unit was well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. The beds were very comfortable. You will find that Susan is very professional - as she will respond to you in a very timely manner and answer all of your questions. I highly recommend this condo! Although our foursome found it to be very accommodating, my family would it enjoy it just as much, if not more!!!

What a pleasurable and memorable experience! I'm usually someone who likes the convenience of booking online but after reading the reviews I decided to inquire via email. I'm SO glad I did! Susan was a gem to work with, was very quick about getting back to me, and all the reviewers are right....it's an amazing rental property, probably the nicest rental property we've ever stayed at in any destination. Property is well maintained, clean, furnishings are nice. Beds are SOOO comfortable (that NEVER usually happens). You can tell these owners truly care about their guests experience and it shows. We will be back for sure! The other reviewer was so right about Dirty Don's. What a fun happy hour...the plates of wings and oysters just kept being ordered. Truly a good time. We also wanted to see shag dancing since I believe it originated in North Myrtle Beach so we headed up there one night. Flynn's was an amazing little Irish Pub and awesome food!

I promised myself I would not return again to Myrtle after my experience with my family of 10 to Myrtle Beach after renting through a vacation property management group in Myrtle Beach but my sister asked if we wanted to go and I agreed. This particular property renewed my faith in the process and allowed me a care free week in which we were able to relax and enjoy the outstanding views from the balcony. Pictures reflect the outstanding design of the condo and a wonderful place for four adults or possibly six. Plenty of space for dinners prepared at home and for table activities. Owners were outstanding with the issues I had with payment.(Canadian) Many thanks to them. Our only issues were with the Anderson itself. They have been taken over by the Hilton chain and during our stay were remodeling the property directly next to the rental unit. They worked throughout the day and the activity was rather loud. This is not the problem of the owners but just something that happens. The second issue was again out of the hands of the property owners from whom we rented. If it is the off season than it takes about 15 minutes of running the hot water in the morning before you will receive the hot water.

This was our first trip to Myrtle Beach and our experience was fantastic. Dealing with Susan was easy and without any issues. She was very accomodating to our needs. When we arrived, we were surprised at how nice the complex was and how clean and well taken care of the condo was. The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed. The view was amazing. All I can say is that we can't wait to go back.

Everything is exactly as it appears in the photos, if not better. The condo is wonderful. The resort is beautiful and very centrally located. You can walk to the boardwalk from resort. Broadway at the Beach is also very close. We went to Dirty Don's on 21st ave. great food! The owners are so easy to work with. Everything is very clean and well maintained. We lived in Myrtle Beach several years ago and have made many return trips. This is definitely a favorite!!!

Road Trip - Windsor, Ontario to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina!

We stayed in Susan and Mark's condo with our two children, one 14 and the other 9. We all loved it. The condo itself was beautiful and extremely clean. It is obviously well taken care of. Nice kitchen to be able to cook some of our meals. The multiple televisions came in handy at times. We had loads of room to spread out. It was nice that we had our own bathroom space and so did the kids. The balcony is beautiful with breathtaking views at all times of the day. We enjoyed the Anderson pools and lazy river but spent most of our time on the beautiful beach and enjoying the nearby restaurants. It was a wonderfully memorable experience for all of us. Thank you Susan and Mark for sharing your home away from home with us. We loved it.

Family Vacation @ Myrtle Beach

We just returned from a wonderful week's vacation in this beautiful condo. We have stayed several times at the Anderson, but this was our first VRBO experience, and it was great! Susan, was so helpful and friendly, our experience was so pleasant. The condo is just as pictured, it's a beautiful view of MB and we had a wonderful time! "As Advertised"

WOW! My wife, our 16 year old son (and a friend), our 14 year daughter (and a friend)...that's right, four (4) teenagers!...and I enjoyed a very relaxing week in this condo. Very nice! The unit is finely appointed, as advertised. Anderson Ocean Club is situated directly on oceanfront. Pool area is conveniently located with direct access to the beach. (Makes it very nice for those who like to bounce back and forth between the two). Pools are adequate...three (3) pools and a lazy river...organized children's activities daily seemed to be a big hit with younger children....our teenagers didn't think the pools were big enough...but, they're teenagers...what do they know? Seriously, the pools are not a problem unless you are looking for a waterpark atmosphere...if that is the case, you will be disappointed. I noticed families and couples of all ages during the week. I say this only to point out that this facility does not appear to be dominated by one group or another for those who may care about things like that. Valet parking is available; however, we did not utilze it. The parking garage (parking is included in the rental rate) is located across the street from the high-rise. There is a convenient, street level, loading / unloading area in / under the high-rise. The physical location is also a plus. The condo is located on the northern end of main Myrtle which, frankly, is much nicer than other areas of Myrtle. Far enough away from the clutter but close enough to get there very easily. It's approx 1 mile to the Skywheel, Slingshot, etc. An easy walk...and approx. 1 mile from there to Family Kingdom, etc. I am a runner and was able to map out a few different convenient routes from the condo. I also utilized the third floor business center which was a plus. However, with free internet access (both wireless and one hard wired connection) in the condo I realized working in the condo was best. Dealing with the owners (all by email) was a pleasant experience. Bottom line....my family and I highly recommend this unit to anyone planning a vacation. We look forward to our return visit!

First Class Condo!

We came to Myrtle for the love of baseball (Ripken Experience) and fell in love with your condo! The views were spectacular and the location was perfect. We just got home from our 4 night stay at Susan and Mark's condo and wish we could have stayed longer. We have 3 children ages 5, 6 and 8 and we could not have asked for a better location! Wonderfully comfortable!

We have stayed at the Anderson the last four years but this was the first time we stay in Mark and Susan's condo. Everything was well maintained and very clean. This was the first time my Aunt and Uncle had stayed at the Anderson and now they are hooked! The location is perfect. Susan responded to my inquiry quickly and she made the reservation process easy.

Great condo. All amenities that you would need to use for your stay are in the condo. Awsome view of the beach and ocean off of the balcony. There are plenty of attractions to see that are near Anderson Ocean Club. Working with the condo owners was enjoyable.

Recentley stayed in this condo for two weeks just like home.Comfortable well decorated,spectacular views from belcony it is with in walking distance to some fine restaurants the boardwalk and some beautiful residental areas.Wife says spa is to die for. Hotel staff and owners wonderful to work with. Hope to be back some day.

The condo was very spacious and well decorated. With super-comfy beds and upscale luxuries such as granite countertops, we were very well pleased! The balcony is very large and the views are astounding from this 17th floor unit. The hotel staff were very pleasant and all the grounds/amenities were well cared for. You cannot beat the view from this corner condo. Spacious and well laid out. Location is perfect for beach walks to the boardwalk and dinner at Sea Captain's. Covered parking for your car. Extremely clean and gracious hosts. We will come here again!

We just returned from a perfect vacation in Myrtle Beach! The condo is lovely - pictures don't do it justice. It was truly like a home away from home - but with a gorgeous oceanfront view! We just returned from our vacation and we truly had a wonderful experience! This unit is clean and tastefully decorated. It's spacious and you can't beat the view from the wrap around balcony. The owner's have been wonderful to work with and always quick to respond. We've visited Myrtle Beach for the last 12 - 13 years and by far this is the best place we've stayed. This is the most beautiful condo..everything was absolutely incredible and the views are amazing from this condo...we couldnt have ask for anything better...I have stayed in many hotels and condos in Myrtle Beach and this exceeds anything we have ever stayed in...your condo made our vacation incredible...We loved that this is a corner unit...it was so private and the entire week we were there we never saw another person on our floor ....I cant even explain how comfortable the beds were it was like sleeping on a cloud... we all slept better while we were there than we ever had....the decor was amazing...there is so much room in this condo made us not want to leave...we will definately be back for future vacations...and recommend this to anyone who is looking for a home away from home while on vacation....the location is wonderful ...close to everything !!! My husband and I were looking to get away to relax and unwind and we found the perfect place. The furnishing are beautiful and the condo was meticulous when we arrived. The view from the balcony was fantastic (at times I thought my husband had moved out there). The location is minutes away from Broadway on the Beach by car. The owners are wonderful to work with and are more than accommodating. I would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a grand vacation. We hope to visit again next fall.

This condo is very spacious (the largest 2 bedroom we have ever rented) and in an excellent location. We were close to everything! It was nicely furnished and the beds were very comfortable. The balconies were large and afforded great views. We have been going to Myrtle Beach for many years and this was one of our best experiences. The photos don't do it justice. I did some cooking in the great kitchen. I would definitely recommend this unit to family and friends. The owners were very helpful and friendly too.!

Thank You for sharing your condo with us! It was like home away from home. The condo was immaculate when we arrived. Nothing else in Myrtle Beach can compare! The beds were very comfortable! The wrap around balcony has plenty of room and we thoroughly enjoyed watching the sun rise each morning. The condo was stocked with everything needed in the kitchen! We didn't have to shop for anything except food. That was a super bonus! Thank You again for sharing it with us! It did help make our vacation an exceptional one!

Pictures do not do justice--one of the nicer resorts!!

We rented the two bedroom; two bath condo on the 17th floor overlooking the ocean Sept. 1st-5th. Pictures do no justice for what you will experience here. The unit is immaculate; the beds are comfortable; views and sound of the ocean are amazing; kitchen is modern and has dishes and cookware; the beds are very comfortable; there is a television in the living room and each bedroom; a dining room with a large table. Elevators are fast; the concierge will gladly make recommendations and order taxi service. There is a bar near the pools outside that we enjoyed. We never had to run for chairs to lay at the poolside; there was more than enough. On really hot days we were able to use the shaded pool. Big picture--we loved the resort and would not hesitate to stay at this condominum again. As we walked up and down the street it is apparent this is one of the nicer resorts. Management was always helpful from pre to post trip. Very happy! -Amy

Wow!!! What what a Luxry Oceanfront condo with class. Felt like a home away from home.Everyone was very helpful Pool,Hot Tub,Tiki Bar & the Ocean who could ask for more .Very clean and in a great location. Can't wait to return, Thanks again for all your help had a Blast. Kim

Our family traveled to Myrtle Beach for the first time in late August. Simply put, this condo put our vacation over the top! It was luxury at its finest. The property was as good, even better than described! The photos, description and location is as described. During our stay we took some time to check out some other locations in the area and were extremely happy that we chose to rent this condo. The balcony(s) are amazing – the views of the beach and ocean are indescribable and the kids loved having a private balcony off their own room. There is nothing like the sound of the ocean while sitting out on the balcony enjoying a coffee and watching the dolphins play. The unit itself and the entirety of the Anderson Ocean Club is impeccable. It is well kept, very clean and the staff are very polite and helpful. This location is very close to anything you would want to see and or visit in Myrtle Beach. I would highly recommend this condo if you are thinking of visiting Myrtle Beach - The owners are friendly and are quick to reply to and questions or needs. My family and I will definitely be visiting here again and using this rental. Just one other thing - try the Italian Ice (pool side) it is the best.

This condo was the perfect size for our family of six. All of us commented on how comfortable our beds were. We had stayed at another condo at the Anderson a few years back, but the corner unit was larger. The owner was very attentive to our needs, and we wouldn't hesitate recommending this condo.

The Condo was beautiful and plenty of room. We had friends that stayed in another 2 bedroom Condo (ocean view) at Anderson and it was alot smaller than the corner unit. We would definately stay here again. Thanks again for the use of your condo.

My wife and I along with her cousin and her husband from Oklahome stayed here the last week of April, 2010. The unit is immaculate, well furnished with great views from each bedroom and living room. The owners were very helpful and nice. This time of year is a great time to come to MB. Weather nice but no crowds. Ocean water a little chilly but resort pools are nice and hot tubs great. One of the nicest units we have ever stayed in at MB. Very convenient and VERY nice!

Recommended for: Adventure seekers, people with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, sightseeing.
