Upon entering Centennial Home, you will first notice the high vaulted ceilings and
the pool table ready for play. Plus the quiet elegance and coordinating accoutrements that blend
seamlessly with sofas and tasteful furniture.

Centennial Home is a spacious brand new executive luxury home that accomodates up to 10 discriminating
travellers comfortably. This 2048 square foot, 4 bedroom, 2 and a half bath, 3 car garage home is
about seventeen miles from the top of the Strip, nineteen miles to the Sahara, close to golf courses, Lake Mead, the Hoover Dam and Mount Charleston and has every amenity imaginable. It is also right next to Floyd Lamb State Park which has picnicking and fishing.

You will find the full custom kitchen impressive. Not only does the kitchen have premium maple cabinetry but granite countertops including a granite-topped kitchen island and bar area with stools. Complete with dining table, coffee maker, fridge with ice maker, toaster, microwave, blender, dishwasher, stone tile floor and a stainless steel sink with garbage disposal. Get ready to cook up a feast for family and friends or surprise business associates with your culinary expertise. And everything is fully stocked,
from coffee for the coffee maker, spices for your dishes and utensils galore.

Step into the backyard. The red rock desert motif backyard has a four-person jacuzzi, patio table and chairs for lounging, large gas barbecue grill and a pool for cooling off on those hot summer days and nights.

After a day on the Strip, relax in the plush comfortable living room where you will find a ceiling fan,
a fireplace, a 36" TV with DVD and VCR and cable AND Playstation 2! In Centennial Home, there are phones in almost every room, a washer and a dryer, a water filtration system for purified water throughout the home, self-monitoring central heating and air and smoke detectors for safety.

The private master bedroom suite comes equipped with a queen-sized bed and a carved wooden headboard its own 36" TV, his and her sinks in the bathroom and a large luxuriating bathtub. The three other bedrooms have queen-sized beds plus a sofa sleeper in the living room so Centennial Home sleeps 10! Two of the bedrooms also have TVs with VCRs and all rooms contain cable.

Centennial Home is closer to Mount Charleston than other vacation rentals and close enough to the Las Vegas Strip! A short 22-minute drive will take you to and from the top of the Strip. Of course, once you are on the Strip, time loses all meaning anyways! And you can get away from it all and come back to your own private retreat. The three-car garage will house your vehicles safely in case you want to take a cab.
And if you want to do something off of the Strip, Lake Mead and Mount Charleston are a stone's throw away for water sports, hiking, climbing, horseback riding, picnicking or skiing and snowboarding in the winter.

Centennial Home is so named because we were all looking forward to the new century in 1999. 9/11
took away some of that enthusiasm. Let's bring it back! Well-behaved pets are allowed but keep an eye on them.

Please smoking only in the backyard. Also, there is a shoe rack for your shoes upon entry. Please use it so the carpet stays looking fresh and new. There is a $200 refundable security deposit and an $85 cleaning fee and a 9% room tax. Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
