This Custom Home was created by us to enjoy the crisp cool summer air of the North Carolina Blue Ridge Mountains. We have enjoyed many family outings and special events here with numerous legacy memories we will share forever. Now is the time to create your own special memories with the availability of this home to rent.
The home constructed in 2007 took nearly a year to build due to the high end luxurious components we added. The Wolf and Subzero Gourmet Kitchen is a cooks delight after a long day of antiquing in Blowing Rock or Boone. The master Bedroom retreat with its own Kohler spa is fitting for a glass of wine to unwind after a long day on the slopes. The Billiard Room with its pool and poker table is a great place to mingle with the guys after a challenging mountainous 18 holes at The Beech Mountain Golf Club. Lastly the Great Room with its floor to ceiling fireplace is a great area for the family to play a game of Scrabble for the young and old to remember for years to come. This home has access to all Beech Mountain Club Facilities, including Golf, Tennis, and Skiing.
The home sleeps 10 in beds. There is 4 and a half baths, with 2 ensuites, so there is no need to be waiting for the showers in the morning. The Main Floor is bright and airy due to flow and form of natural light, while the home boasts 2 full decks to immense yourself with a 28 mile view.

This home was custom built for us, by us, to take advantage of the cool summer air and the best skiing on the east coast. This Luxurious Retreat is now available on a select rental basis, since we cannot use it as much as we initially thought. It's a great home testament to our great work.
