Flamingos Beach & Golf is a private, 24 hour secured private resort. It offers magnificent, mature courtyard with two large and lovely free-form pools (one heated year round) with raised sun-tanning ledges, fountains, and are great for swimming. Two large Jacuzzis, a children’s pool area and fountains are set in a lush tropical garden setting. Rest rooms, a Palapa serving food and beverages during Christmas and Spring Break/Easter and an abundance of lounge chairs and tables await you both in the sun and shade. The beach is truly the most beautiful in Puerto Vallarta - 10 miles of wide, soft golden sand with a gentle slope to the water. No matter what season the ocean is always warm and perfect for swimming! Beachside, Flamingos offers outdoor showers, a boat launch, 30 palapitas and plenty of lounge chairs near the water. A short walk up the beach you can rent horses, kayaks, jet-skis, catamarans, sail boats, windsurfers, boogie boards and even go for a parasailing adventure.
The Flamingos complex has a mini golf course, soccer field, tennis courts, boat launch and gymnasium for your enjoyment. Elevator service and private parking, 24 manned security, laundry service are additional amenities.
This is our special second home, which we are delighted to share with friends, friends of friends and family. With over 1840 sq. ft, 301 Pelicanos offers a full kitchen with snack bar, dining area, and living room. You will feel pampered and relaxed and have lots of room to stretch out. We rent the condo as a three bedroom, three bath (all en-suite), or as a two bedroom and den. Each room has a view of ocean and you can listen to the waves breaking from the two master suites and the main living areas. Our unit is non-smoking inside, and is perfect for a maximum of 6 guests. The condo is located in the Pelicanos building, on the preferred ‘shady side’ of the complex and offers views from all the windows – to the south the lush forests, mountains and Banderas Bay, to the north the wonderful pool, gardens and ocean view.
Casa Alberta is beautifully decorated with antique hacienda flair and euro comfort. This end unit offers extra privacy, the most spacious unit in the complex with an additional 200 sq. ft. in the living/ dining and kitchen areas - where it is most appreciated., dining and living room. All bedrooms feature Sealy pillow top mattresses for total comfort, quality bed linens, down comforters, two sets of towels per person and huge beach towels with make you feel special.
The kitchen is fully equipped with 2 sets each of dishes, glasses and pots and pans, coffee pot, toaster, convection oven, microwave, cook top, Foreman grill, and a electric BBQ. With the MEGA grocery store and all the fresh seafood just 10 minutes away you will enjoy all the amenities of our full size kitchen with granite counter tops, full fridge and dishwasher and breakfast bar.
