I have been working with them for about 5 years and they are responsive, friendly, service-oriented and are there to solve your every issue. If you need to stay in the area - you really only need to make one call.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time we've stayed here. This visit saw two couples take advantage of the flexibility of the layout of the house: dining room, two living rooms, three sections outside (porch, back yard w/ table and grill, front yard with gas fire pit; great kitchen is well supplied. Bedrooms are comfortable. Everything is exceptionally clean. Washer and dryer. Excellent visit.

  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was in a perfect location to town, restaurants and wineries. The outside fire pit was awesome. 10 of us wined and dined and chatted for hours. The inside is decorated beautifully with an over the top kitchen. Great for us because we ended up cooking there most of the time. Plenty of room for 8 adults. We needed more seating in the living room so we moved the couch from the parlor room into the living room and it worked out perfectly. The younger adults brought a blow up bed and they had plenty of room and privacy in the parlor roon. The owners are nice and we will all stay there again. Loved our weekend.....

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was charming and delightful, and such an improvement over staying in a hotel that we all agreed we would definitely do this again! We had a great time. The only reason for my 4-star overall rating instead of 5 is that the two secondary bedrooms and bath are charming and comfortable but not very user-friendly: little or no closet or shelf space, and the bath has a very small and hard to use sink which is draining slow.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This 3 BR 2 Ba cottage in Paso Robles was perfect. Spotless, exquisitely maintained, comfortable in every way, great location. Beautiful garden and cozy outdoor areas were a treat for mornings over coffee or evenings with a bottle of PR's best. We would go back in a heartbeat.

We all were coming in from various parts of North America and Canada. We chose the Poe House and it exceeded our expectations in every sense. The property was excellent in every way. We have all decided to do this again next year.

  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Poe House is a beautiful respite just a few blocks from the square in downtown Paso Robles. It easily accommodates 6 adults and has a small yard (fenced) where toddlers can play and roam. The fountains and gardens make it a true oasis. I highly recommend the Poe House - just please don't try to rent it during Wildflower weekend. That's my weekend. :-) I will bea repeat customer until they throw me out! PRVR is a class organization and very service oriented. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful weekend at the Poe House. We stayed for 2 nights (6 adults and 2 babies) and were very pleased with the accomodations. The rooms are a little small so we had to move some chairs to fit the pack n plays in the rooms, but we managed just fine. The house is very charming and clean and walking distance to downtown. The ammenties were great - the only thing missing was an iron and ironing board. We would definitely stay here again!
