This is a 980 square foot unit in a town home complex. The area is quiet and located on the northwest side of town. It is cozy, fully functional rental that combines Arizona sunshine and ECONOMY.
Cable tv and wireless internet are included.
McDowell Mountain State park is 6 miles away, Ft. McDowell Indian Casino is 5 miles and it is only 12 miles to Old Town Scottsdale and all of its shopping and dining. There are 5 golf courses within 6 miles including Fountain Hills' original Desert Canyon course and 4 of Golf Digest's top 100 Public Courses. The Mayo clinic is within 5 miles and this unit will provide you with all of the amenities you need at less than 1/3 of the price of any nearby hotels.
The unit has one-year-old furniture and carpeting and comes with the use of 1/2 of a two-car garage. There is a small patio in front and a bistro set for smoking guests (no smoking in the unit).
The pool area is close enough to walk to but far enough that you won't hear it at night. There are no neighbors above or below this two story unit. Both bedrooms and the bathroom are located up stairs and there is a living space, dining area and kitchen downstairs.
Minimum stays in January, February, and March is one month.

A very nice condo

We were traveling to AZ to explore McDowell Park, only 15 min. from the condo. McDowell is a wonderful, fun place to mountain bike ride and I am sure the same goes for horses and hiking. The condo was clean and well maintained. Michael was more than helpful. I use VRBO a lot and owners like Michael are important. I would return and also recommend this condo to my friends. Everything was nice - comfy bed, good TVs, big shower/bath, soft towels, quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. I also enjoyed Fountain Hills - good places to eat, quiet streets, nice parks and warm sunshine.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+.
