    Beautiful house in great neighborhood. Park that wrapped around the back was bonus for place to play chuck-it with our dog. Kitchen/den area was great for get togethers with friends, had a couple bbq dinners. Comfortable beds, HUGE master and bath with walk through closet. Pool with fountain was beautiful and clean; really enjoyed the fenced, private back yard and patio. Michael, the owner, was great to work with, responded immediately when we had questions about the tv and fountain. We truly enjoyed the house and would highly recommend it. There were only 3 of us, but many more could have stayed in this roomy house.

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

    This was a great place to stay. The owner went "above and beyond" to be helpful which included the installation of a doggie door for our dog and to provide recommendations for restaurants and golf courses. The house is very spacious and the location is very quiet and peaceful. There are numerous golf courses nearby that are excellent plus it's only a short drive to those in far north Scottsdale. I would certainly recommend this place to any who want to spend an enjoyable respit in the Phoenix area and bring their pet.

    My husband and I stayed at this lovely home during our March Break in 2011. It was even nicer that the pictures showed. It is was impeccably maintained and Michael went out of his way to guarantee we had everything we needed. We appreciated the peace and quiet of the area. It was our first experience with HomeAway and we would highly recommend it.

    Recommended for: People with disabilities, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our family loved our stay and our 2 year old had plenty of room to run off his energy in the house and the backyard. The owner was always available if needed. We felt like we were at home during our stay. We would stay every year at this home during Spring Training. Recommended for: Pet owners, Girls getaway, Families with teenagers, Families with young children

Every question I asked was answered promptly and very informative. Unfortunately ( due to problems from my end) I did not get a chance to experience Micheal's home. Even when I had to contact him and tell him the bad news,he was such a gentleman. He could have been upset but he told me not to worry and if I needed anything he would help. PEOPLE THIS IS A CLASS ACT. Recommended for: Age 55+, Pet owners

    We were traveling to AZ to explore McDowell Park, only 15 min. from the condo. McDowell is a wonderful, fun place to mountain bike ride and I am sure the same goes for horses and hiking. The condo was clean and well maintained. Michael was more than helpful. I use VRBO a lot and owners like Michael are important. I would return and also recommend this condo to my friends. Everything was nice - comfy bed, good TVs, big shower/bath, soft towels, quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. I also enjoyed Fountain Hills - good places to eat, quiet streets, nice parks and warm sunshine.

    Recommended for: Adventure seekers, age 55+, sightseeing.

    My stepfather found this place when looking for a place to stay for the fall 2010 NASCAR race in Phoenix. It was great. Plenty of room, great backyard, surround sound, large TV. More than enough room for three of us. The homeowner was very gracious and the place was immaculate. Lot's to do in the area and very close to the Phoenix International Raceway. Had a great stay and would do it again in a hearbeat.

    Recommended for: Sightseeing

    My stepsons and I went to Phoenix for a Nascar Race and were looking for a comfortable alternative. This place was fantastic. The owner is very responsive and keeps the place perfect for his guests. He went out of his way to offer up ideas on things for us to to and followed up to make sure everything went ok. Very easy and WAY better and a better value than a hotel. Overall, just absolutely great. Very dog friendly too. Although I did not bring my dog, he would have enjoyed the hikes which are walking distance from the place. GREAT!

    This beautiful property is managed by the owner, who ensures that every detail is perfect. The large yard, surrounded by a tall block wall is perfect for your dog(s), as is the nearby hiking areas in South Mountain Park. Shopping is conveniently located, as are many golf courses & a public library. The gated community is quiet & secure. Our expectations were surpassed when we arrived at the home we rented on the internet, and would recommend to anyone looking for a home to rent while visiting Phoenix.
