This condo was just perfect for our family of four! Great location on a beautiful street. Walk to the beach or walk to restaurants or shopping. This is a great homebase for drives to Newport Beach, Balboa Island, Laguna Beach and Crystal Cove as well as Fashion Island for shopping. The condo has all the amenities you will need. Check out "The Summer House" restaurant withing walking distance. Javier's and the Beachcomber are other dining recommendations!! We look forward to staying here again!
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

The condo is decorated beautifully with an open, airy feel. The location is great with shops, restaurants, the beach and grocery stores within walking distance. Our family of four had a wonderful vacation and hope to return.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, tourists without a car, sightseeing, girls getaway, families with teenagers.

We really enjoyed our stay at the CDM condo. Great walkling neighborhood and close to shops/restaurants. Very open and bright living area. We look forward to visiting again.
