Ocean Breeze is quite spacious with an open floor plan. This is a great ocean front property right on the boardwalk, just steps away from the sand.
The master bedroom is very roomy with a queen bed, TV, fireplace, seating area, AND an oceanfront balcony! The large master bathroom has two sinks, a shower with dual shower heads and a seat, and an oval bathtub for relaxing. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed and a small TV. 3rd bedroom has twin bunk beds along with an additional twin. There is a 2nd room off the 3rd bedroom which will has double futon. With a double futon in the living room this penthouse will accommodate up to 10. Great for families.
There is no kitchen table but you can enjoy your meals at the breakfast bar in the kitchen and the small table in the eating area seats four as well.
The living room has sweeping ocean views. Mounted above the fireplace is a flat screen television. All bedrooms have TV's.
Ocean Breeze shares a garage, but the condo still has parking for two cars parked in tandem. Also in the garage is a shared, full size, washer and dryer.
