The location offers a roomy Master Suite with a private full bath. The 2nd bedroom overlooks the beach. The 2nd full bath is accessible from the living area. The sectional sofa comfortably seats a crowd and has a sleeper sofa. Watch your favorite game on the flat screen and relax and view the Gulf from the den or balcony from this 5th floor condo.

Owners are Myra & Kenneth Carlisle. Myra is a AL licensed CPA (#6685) and Kenneth is a state licensed contractor. We personally check the unit on a regular basis for routine maintenance. We welcome your inquiries and want you to feel comfortable using our vrbo site.

The best thing I can say about this condo is that it is in a good location. The condo itself has a very strange floor plan. The front door opens into the kitchen and there is barely room to squeeze in the doorway between the door and the kitchen counter. The master bedroom sits directly off to the left. The condo is advertised as having a queen size master bed. I didn't think the bed was a queen and the mattress was terrible. It was very disappointing that the 2nd bedroom didn't have a TV in it. It was also advertised that this condo is inspected frequently by the owners. The main bathroom had a broken towel rack. For this being a non-smoking unit the sectional sofa had a lot of cigarette burns in it and is fairly worn. The elevator is very slow and is not ventilated so it's very hot in there. Overall I was fairly disappointed with the condo, but I guess they're right when they say you get what you pay for. I have used VRBO several times in the past and was pleased with the rentals. This was a very disappointing experience but I will continue to use VRBO.

Owner response:This condo has a unique floor plan designed to sustain a storm surge. The master bedroom DOES have a queen size bed with a quality mattress purchased in the fall, 2010. A 2011 guest violated our non-smoking policy and lleft one tiny pin size burn in the sectional sofa. This comfortable sectional is loved by our guest. We have a STRICT non-smoking policy at this condo. It is our private residence, and, as such, we do not want any smoking in the condo. If a guest smokes in the condo, they are fined $500 and a deep cleaning is done, which is expensive. As stated on our site, we ask guest to reserve only if they can adhere to our strict non-smoking policy. We agree the elevator could be faster and it can get smoldering hot in it when the temps are hovering at 98 degrees.
