Plan a day of sand and surf at the Ft. Lauderdale Beach just 4.5 mil. from our home. Go shopping at the Sawgrass Outlet Mall 15 min. drive, the Sunrise Flea Market, or the Festival Flea Market. The famous Hard Rock Hotel and Casino is only a 15 min. drive and offers the best in shopping, dining, dancing, live music, and casino gaming.

A mini refrigerator is also located in one of the two walk in closets. All of the windows in the master bedroom have been treated with a mirrored tint, you can see out but no one can see in. The windows also have black out shades.
- Queen Bed: The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed. There is a beautiful view of the deck and back yard and French doors give it a lovely touch. A mini refrigerator is also provided in the 2nd bedroom.
- Bunk Bed: The 3rd bedroom has a beautiful white bunk bed set.

The Unique Benefits at this Villa
We have loved our Florida retreat home for 26 years. We enjoy our hot tub daily. The flower gardens we have put in attract beautiful butterflies, which are so pretty and interesting to watch. The deck is where we spend most of our time, grilling, and enjoying our friends and family. We have had one wedding here and it was beautiful. The bride and groom decided to have the ceremony on the deck, and the bougainvillea was in full bloom. It is a great memory we have of our home.

Our names are Debbi and John Ewing. We have lived in our home for 26 years now with our 4 dogs Max, Bridget, Rosa and Spencer . We have recently decided to move to our 2nd home in Utah. Selling our Florida home just was not something we wanted to do, so renting it out as a vacation home for people to enjoy as much as we have seemed like a wonderful idea. Hope that you have just as many good times here as we certainly have had over the years.
