Our gulf front condo sits on the white sandy beaches of Sanibel Island with unobstructed views of the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is located on the first floor with no stairs to climb and is wheelchair accessible. With only steps to the water, you can enjoy the sounds of the water and the views of the Gulf while in the dining room or sitting on the lanai.
This unit is totally updated and beautifully decorated giving the feel of a beachside cottage. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms along with generous living and dining spaces and laundry in the condo. The master bedroom is equipped with a TV and vcr, king sized bed and its own master bath. You can also enjoy a view of the complex from the master bedroom lanai.
The second bedroom is also equipped with a TV and vcr, twin beds and its own bath. There is a separate dining room with enough seating to accommodate 6, along with a newly updated kitchen with all new appliances. The living room has a queen sleep sofa, along with TV and vcr.
Sanibel Arms West offers onsite management with wonderful amenities including a screened heated pool, rooftop deck adjacent to pool, along with barbeque gas grills for cookouts, clubhouse with kitchen just off of the pool deck, laundry room with movie rentals, boat docks (first come, first serve basis), two tennis courts, bikes and sport fishing, snorkeling and scub diving are close by.

We choose Sanibel as our vacation rental location because of our personal experiences over the many years we have vacationed on Sanibel. Sanibel is very kid and family friendly offering a wonderful climate, beautiful white sandy beaches, an abundance of wildlife. We enjoy the unspoiled beaches and the natural environment the Island has to offer.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
Our family enjoys the biking on Sanibel Island with over 20 miles of biking paths. During a bike ride on Sanibel one could be on one end of the Island viewing a lighthouse, to being in the "Ding" Jarling Reserve with the opportunity to spot a crocodile. Shelling is a top priority and activity that our family enjoys. Our children will spend hours and days walking the over 15 miles of white, sandy beaches that Sanibel has to offer. This is truly a wonderful family activity.

We purchased our Sanibel condo after spending many years visiting the island with our children. We finally decided to purchase after realizing that Sanibel was the number one vacation request year after year. So, we decided to make it our second home.
