The house is chic, tastefully furnished with modern and vintage 20th century pieces. It is in an excellent location, within walking distance of Beverly Hills' Rodeo Drive, The Beverly Center, Movie theaters, good restaurants, cafes and hip boutiques and design shops. The house is filled with light throughout the day. it has a modern design with an excellent open plan flow between one room and the next. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could wish for. The pool is solar heated which means it costs little to heat during the summer months. It is extremely private. It's a perfect tranquil retreat and also a perfect place to entertain friends and clients. We can provide maid service and catering and concierge services.
