Take an affordable vacation and stay in our cute 2 BR/2 BA condo.”No Worries” is a lovely top floor unit with great sound & ocean views.
Your will enjoy this cozy and quiet retreat with a new carpet throughout the master bedroom and the second bedroom. Well stocked kitchen and open floor plan to living room makes this condo very comfortable for the family. The master bedroom has a queen size mattress and a private bath the second bedroom is furnished with a bunk bed (bottom is a full size mattress the top is a twin) and also a twin sized bed.
Awesome views of the sunset on the Pamlico sound from the balcony and ocean horizon from entrance to the condo. There is also a canal in the backyard which is a perfect spot to launch a kayak and enjoy the Pamlico Sound. If you like fishing you can catch bait fish off the dock with a castnet.
“No Worries” is located close to fine dining and quaint shops ,drug and grocery stores. Two major stores, Food Lion and Village Groceries would have everything you need .Toppers Pizza and the Froggy Dog is almost open all year round and many other great restaurants. Avon also has a movie theater and an Ace Hardware too.
We are next door to Ocean Air which offers the ultimate water sports experience: Windsurfing, Kite boarding, Kayaking , Sailing and Surfing .You could also rent a Carolina Skiff or buzz around on a Wave runner Lockable storage is available. The pool is open to cool off after a long day swimming in the ocean through mid May/September. One block walk will take you to the beach.

Comfortable, clean, nicely decorated. As pictured on VRBO. Everything we needed to help us enjoy our OBX stay for a week. Prompt response, interaction, and information provided by the owners. We used the condominium as a home base for walking Hatteras Island in its entirety. We were glad to have such a nice place to rest at night. Steps mentioned in other reviews noted, but, hey, we all need some exercise, not a problem for us.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, romantic getaway.

My vacation was wonderful. The condo was in a great location and the owners went out of their way to make sure they took care of any of our needs or questions. Would definately stay again. If you have children or even if you just like cute towns, I would recommend going to Manteo for the day. Our family loved the Festival Park and the Aquarium.

For the price, the condo was very nice. There was plenty of room for four people. The master bath is a very good good design choice. as, it's a big plus not needing to share a bath with two teenage boys. The condo was clean, in good repair and tastefully decorated with informative literature on the Outer Banks placed here and there. The wife and I enjoyed the covered deck for pleasant morning coffee and GREAT sunset views over a glass of wine. The beach isn't too far away. It's fairly easy walking distance. If you are into the water sports (kyaking, surf boarding, kite surfing, etc.) the sound is RIGHT THERE. The view of the sound from the third floor, at all times, was wonderful.....having said that, it IS the third floor. Bring teenage boys to carry stuff up three flight of stairs. Some type of dumb waiter would be a nice future addition. Still, you are not going to find a better place to stay for the price...unless your Uncle owns a beach house...

Our family truly enjoyed our stay here for the week of Memorial Day. It's close proximity to restaurants and shopping in Avon made it very convenient. We also enjoyed the short drive to Hatteras. The condo was very clean, organized and kid-friendly. We couldn't believe how affordable it was. We have stayed in many other properties and paid more money, with less to offer. The view off the balcony was amazing. This is a quiet property that fit every aspect of relaxation. I will be sure to re-book this for next season. We were sad to leave.

My family and I found that the description that the owners used completely accurate. Well maintained, extremely clean and the photos are up to date. We had the best time on vacation and the owners were very helpful in assisting us with advice and directions. We plan on going back and hope that the condo is available every year.

We had a wonderful time staying in "No Worries"! The location was perfect -- short walk to the beach, beautiful sunsets, close to the ferry to Ocracoke, quick ride down to the Cape Hatteras lighthouse. We had "no worries" at all for 2 weeks -- thanks Brian and Erika!!

Brian and Erika were very nice to deal with. We loved our stay. It was clean and just right for our family of 5. It was also close to the beach. Condo is on 2nd floor but the steps was a great way to work out while on vacation. We have recommend the place to all our friends.

We had a great time! Your condo was even better & bigger than we had expected! It was clean & had everything we needed. The pool was wonderful! We had a wonderful family reunion at this condo. It was perfect, and the sunsets are as stunning as the description stated. Location was ideal, with the beach a short walk and views of the bay right outside our windows. The condo was very clean, and the kitchen was stocked with all the kitchen ware we needed for cooking meals for our group. The owners were gracious and accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. We recommend that you shop at the wonderful little Village Market and skip the Food Lion and its crowds and unappealing store. The condo is on the third floor, which makes for great views, but be sure you can handle the stairs. You will have a great time at this cozy condo.
