Rate Details (In US Dollars)
$3,000-$15,000/week
Rates are based on the season and the number of nights you are interested in
renting. Fifty percent of the rental payment and the security deposit payment
are due at the time of signing the lease. The balance of the rental payment
is due 30 days prior to the rental period. Rental payments are nonrefundable.
Security deposit to be returned after house inspection or within 30 days after
vacating the property. Rates include house cleaning before and after your stay.

Amazing Thanksgiving weekend in Bridgehampton

We spent a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday at this lovely and spacious home in Bridgehampton. We lucked out with record high temperatures and were able to play tennis! Given that I prepared and made Thanksgiving dinner, I definitely was worried about "what if" situations like the oven and stovetop not working. Rest assure, the Viking stove and oven were in top notch shape and Thanksgiving dinner was a smashing hit. I love the "great room" area combining the kitchen, dining room, and family room into one large room. It made it easier to keep an eye on the kids and everyone else. Fighting off food coma and the obscene amounts of food ingested, some of us took advantage of the awesome gym downstairs. Overall, perfect holiday weekend that my family will always cherish. Thank you to the owner for being super accommodating and responsive to emails, etc. The other properties look amazing as well! Thx!
