Owner's Profile
Owner Description
Year Purchased: 2004
I spent my college years and then some in Charleston. I bought this house and renovated it just before I moved to Boston. The most common question I am asked is why did I leave Charleston and move to Boston? There is no answer that is good enough. All I can tell you is I will move back eventually. Until then I will rent out my future home to people who want to visit this great city
Why the Owner Chose Charleston
I bought this home because it has everything and it is in a great location! Tons of space, a huge attached garage and a great in ground swimming pool. The home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, plenty of room for the extended family and friends
The Unique Benefits of this House
This home is close to everything! within a couple miles is historical downtown Charleston, the Shadowmoss golf course, and all the major roads. James Island connector, 26, 526, etc., all 2 miles away or closer! Also just a couple more miles down the road is Magnolia Plantation. Or if you want to go to the beach, Folly beach is only a few miles away too. Oh yeah, Charles Towne Landing state park is directly across the street. It's a great place to visit
