Our condominum is located in the heart of Snowmass Village. It is a unique, newly renovated home away from home. My one bedroom condominium is a corner unit, which comes complete with gas fireplace, HD digital flat screen TV's, DVDs, CD stereo, Wi-Fi internet, and private balcony with gas grill. The kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home, or there are restaurants within walking distance. The new condominium complex exterior renovation includes an outdoor heated pool, three new hot tub pools, a sauna, steam room, massage and treatment room, ski-in/ski-out skier service center, and a complete exercise facility with separate showers in work-out facility.
Our highly professional Concierge Service is available 24/7, and includes airport transfers, and optional daily housekeeping services.
***Complimentary Grocery/Wine/Beer Service (Concierge will purchase all items of this nature from the local markets, place them in your condo before you arrive, and only charge you for the price of the items plus State and Local taxes (This concierge service is free!).
Amenities included are a parking space, guest ski locker, overnight storage, ski-in/ski-out to Elk Camp gondola, or Village Express chair lift to the top of Snowmass Mountain. Buses to Aspen run every 20 minutes (in the winter, skier shuttle buses run to and from Snowmass Mountain, Aspen Mountain, Buttermilk Mountain, and Aspen Highlands).
Ski out, and then ski in for lunch, or at the end of the day to enjoy the heated pools in the views of the Colorado mountains. The newly constructed Base Village at Snowmass is a very short walk away (it is across the street from our condo, which is next to Fanny Hill, the Village Express Lift, and the new Snowmass gondola), as is The Treehouse Children's center, where kids can spend the day, or go off to ski school for the day. The Snowmass Ski School for children is recognized internationally as top rated program for both quality instructions and care of children (the Ski and Snowboard Schools of Aspen meeting areas are across the street from our condo at the new Base Village).
Once again, our unit is located next to Fanny Hill and 100 feet from the new Snowmass Base Village. Also, the unit is 100 feet from the base of the Elk Camp Gondola and the Village Express lift. Furthermore, our condo is located next to Assay Hill, but a person has to walk 50 yards uphill to ski down Assay Hill. The Base Village, the Elk Camp Gondola, and the Village Express lift are accessible on by walking or by skiing/snowboarding. Finally, a shuttle bus or a condominium private vehicle can take you to the Snowmass Village Mall, to the Base Village (Kid's Ski/Snowboard School - you can ski or walk in 3 minutes too), to the Village Market, to the Snowmass Club, or to any other location in Snowmass Village. Why the Owner Chose Snowmass Village
I love to ski and hike. Aspen-Snowmass offers four great mountains to ski on and enough summer hiking trails to fill a lifetime. Our condo is a three minute walk to the new base village in Snowmass, so the location was key. I also love the fact that my condo offers a free shuttle to and from the airport. Whenever I come into town, they pick me up. The condo will even do my grocery shopping before I arrive or take me to and from the grocery store (or numerous other stores). In the winter, I love to ski, snowboard and snowshoe. I can throw on my ski boots, walk out the door, and ski to multiple Snowmass Mountain lifts. In addition, I can hike or snowshoe up the mountain. If I'm feeling adventurous, I get on the bus and ski Aspen Highlands, Aspen Mountain, or Buttermilk Mountain. In the summer, I can walk out the door to go hiking, lay by the heated pool, use the exercise room, and the sauna or steam room. If I'm feeling more adventurous, I can take the 20 minute bus into town or drive myself. A few times, I've even biked into Aspen for some exercise. Don't get me wrong, Snowmass Village has everything I want, including restaurants, wine/beer shops, a dry cleaner, and many more services. It's my own summer paradise.
The Unique Benefits at this Ski-in/Ski-Out Condominium
During the winter, my premier condominium is ski-in/ski-out. It offers ski lockers, rentals, and tuning service. My condo will even pre-purchase my ski lift tickets, rent my ski/snowboard equipment, or arrange for ski/snowboard lessons. In addition, my premier condo comes with a private car and shuttle service that will take me anywhere within Snowmass Village. In addition, you can relax by the fire while you take in the glorious views of Snowmass through the enormous picture window and large, glass sliding door. During the Spring, Summer, and Fall, a person can access hundreds of miles of hiking and biking trails from my condo. Snowmass Village also has its own golf and tennis club, along with all the other amenities you would expect from any ski town. Finally, during the Summer, Janus Jazz Aspen puts on two concerts and the Town of Snowmass Village offers free outdoor concerts every Thursday night. The Thursday night concert are free and you can simply walk across the hill to view the show. As well as the Thursday concert, you can walk to the Snowmass Village Mall or the new Snowmass Base Village. Both of these places offer a multitude of shops and restaurants, along with many other amenities. When you're not skiing, hiking or rafting, you can enjoy a nice glass of wine on the second-floor, wrap-around balcony of my premier condo. The unit has breathtaking views of the mountains and valley. From the balcony, you can even see the swimming pool. Speaking of the heated swimming pool, it is right next door to my premier condo. So is the workout center, three hot tubs, a steam room, and a sauna. Forty steps from my door, you can access the mountain for skiing, snowboarding, hiking, or biking.
This is where the Ski and Snowboard School classes meet, as well as, the site of the Snowmass Base Village, which hosts restaurants and shops (retail, ski/snowboard rental, etc.).
Free summer concerts take place outside on Fanny Hill. Admission is free. Concerts run from June through August.
Access hiking trail here. From this point, a person can access the wilderness and hour-long to all-day hikes. Mountain bike trail access too. You can also access mountain bike trails here too.
Kids Camp, Mountain boarding, and mountain biking, which you and your family can participate in during the summer months. You can also access mountain biking at point G.
