DESCRIPTION
By way of a marble staircase, you come to the first floor, mediterranean patio with Tuscan red tiling. The patio leads onto the dinning room.Linked to this through an interior window is the fully equipped kitchen, wich is a separate room to the dinning area
Leading on from the kitchen you come to the living room, decorated in provencale yellow, where you can relax on the couch for a leisurely read,as it is situated next to the book corner.Through an archway is the the alcove, where there is another convertible couch. Two large,fully furnished bedrooms, each with double bed, await you for your comfort.
The bathroom,refurbished in true 1930s style, is equipped with a large shower
To finish your visit,you bring the staircase to the hanging garden(30 umbrella pine trees)

We spent a perfect week in this charming apartment in June, shortly after the previous unhappy tenant, who apparently stayed while the building was being painted. The apartment was spotless and whimsically decorated, as the photos attest: with bright colors, and full of charm. The roof-top deck was a lovely spot for breakfast or dinner, surrounded by greenery.The garage, which may have been blocked earlier by scaffolding, was available and very handy for visiting friends. The owner's sister spoke very good English when our French wasn't adequate, and was extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends. We hope to return another summer, ourselves.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, girls getaway, age 55+, romantic getaway.

This rental was not as described. There are several misleading facts in the ad, there is no garage available, the property was less than clean. We ended up only staying one night and have never been able to reach the owner to return the remainder of our money even after they agreed to do so. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.

We recently spent a week in this quaint apartment in the old town of Antibes. The apartment was clean and comfortable; all of the basics are there. The owner was friendly and very helpful. The apartment comfortably fit our family of four and even accommodated hosting some friends for a couple if nights. The roof-top patio was perfect for relaxing breakfasts. The apartment is perfectly located in Antibes. The street is quiet and only steps away from the center of the old town, the Provencal Market, many great restaurants (Le Jardin being our favourite), bakeries, great shops and the Picasso museum. There is a choice of three public beaches within a 20 minute walk, the closest about 10 minutes away. We would return to this apartment any time and recommend it to our families and friends.
