"The Jordan Grand" is a luxury condominium hotel on the Jordan Bowl section of the Sunday River Mountain Resort. This is a two-bedroom unit (#J332 & J334) on the third floor with a beautiful mountain view from J332. It has a large loft bedroom with a king-size bed and a pull-out sofa, a private bedroom with a queen-size bed and pull-out sofa, and another pull-out sofa in the living area.
Winter: there's nothing like ski-in/ski-out! The resort is right on the "Lalapalooza" (beginner) run on the Jordan Bowl, so you buy your tickets at the front desk, grab your skis/boards from the valet, walk out and ski down to the lift. Stop in for lunch in your condo, Sliders (including outdoor deck for those warm sunny days), or Northern Lights cafe, or enjoy the restaurant choices throughout the mountain. At the best part of all ... at the end of the day ski right in, take off your boots, and enjoy the heated pool and jacuzzi or the fireplace in the main lobby, get a massage, or just relax in your condo.
Summer: a stone's throw down the street is one of the best golf courses in Maine, a Robert Trent Jones design course that is a joy for the avid golfer. Tough but fair, gorgeous views. Also, the Bethel Inn golf course is about 5 miles away.

We live in the north shore area of Massachusetts, and have two adult children. I am in high technology sales, and my wife is a retired RN who is now a painter using oils and acrylics.
Why the Owner Chose Newry
We are long time downhill skiers. Sunday River is a great area and we alway enjoy our getaways, whether they be winter or summer.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Ski-in/ski-out is the only way to go. The area is beautiful and peaceful, and the skiing is excellent.
