This exclusively designed 3,700 square foot home was custom built by Peter Ministrelli. It is situated on an over-sized corner lot in excess of 17,400 square feet. This home offers a very secluded, enclosed, back patio-complete with large pool, adjacent spa, built-in bbq, and fire pit. Your outdoor enjoyment and relaxing is made complete by dual-controlled sound system, complimented by waterfall spillway, and multiple fountain sprays as part of the pool. The entire setting overlooks the chocolate mountain range.
Entrance is through the gated front courtyard, complete with fountain, into the charmingly appointed home with travertine floors, granite counters, and kitchen island, double ovens, wine refrigerator...every amenity necessary to make savory meals. Serving can be at the kitchen counter, breakfast nook area, dining room seating eight or the patio dining table which also seats eight.
For the musically inclined, the living room has a full-sized piano. Embedded ceiling speakers are located throughout the home-including the patio area.
The living room has an inviting fireplace, along with a wall mounted HD/LCD television screen. (LCD receivers are also in every bedroom.) DVD, CD and AM/FM playback is included, along with cable-ready broadcast.
The spacious master bedroom, with comfortable sitting area, looks out at the serene tree and plant-lined backyard/patio. The master bath has a double sink, his and hers closets, marble counters, and a marble walk-in shower, along with a jacuzzi tub.
Both guest bedrooms have queen sized beds along with their own private bath/showers.
The office has immediate sliding door access to the pool/patio. It is equipped with internet accessibility, printer and fax capability. It has it's own private bath/shower. There is a convertible hide-a-bed with an especially comfortable la-z-boy air mattress.
The attached garage can accommodate 3 cars. A mountain bike is included for your exercising pleasure.
