The interior of this comfortably furnished home on a cul-de-sac reflects the owner´s European origin. Outside it offers a large west facing patio and desert garden. The master bedroom has a king-size bed; the second bedroom has two twin beds. If needed, there is a sleeper couch, queen size, in the living room. Upgraded interior, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer.
Enjoy spring training, hiking, the museums of Phoenix, and shopping in Scottsdale, all just half an hour away. Play golf on any of the many golf courses around town. Don’t feel like going anywhere? Then, use the club amenities at the rates below.
Persimmon and Ironwood Club:
Fitness Day Pass: $10 per person
Just pool: $4 per day per person
The restaurants at the club are only available if you stay for 3-6 months. (Privilege transfer fee applies)
This is a no smoking and no pets house.
The owner lives in the country club and is available to assist in any way possible.

Year Purchased: 2004
We have lived around the world thanks to my husband´s job and finally retired in Colorado. After several years there, however, the "moving bug" was biting and we chose Arizona for the mild climate and Anthem for its many athletic offerings.
Why the Owner Chose Anthem
We bought this property while living in Colorado, since we wanted to live the snowbird life that so many of our friends enjoyed. After 4 split years between CO and AZ, we decided to move to AZ permanently, bought a larger home, and have this smaller one for rent now.
