Our condo is located in the Grand Venetian, Tower 2000. It is a brand new beachfront condo, on the 7th floor, with 2 balconies facing both the ocean and the mountains. Full, unobstructed views from downtown Puerto Vallarta to Punta Mita, endless beaches, and infinity pools. Enjoy the cruise ships and sunsets from the comforts of your private balcony.
Fully equipped kitchen with 5 appliances, granite countertops, small appliances and laundry facilities. The bedroom is equipped with a king size bed, ensuite bathroom and 2 large closets with drawers for storage. The balcony off the bedroom has a mountain view. The living area is complete with a table and 4 chairs, a sofabed and coffee tables.
The large balcony off the living area has an unobstructed view of the Bay of Banderas and its spectacular sunsets. The facilities available for your enjoyment include a games room with pool and card tables, a media/ theatre room and a fully equipped fitness centre with the latest in exercise equipment.
The outdoor facilities provide 3 infinity pools with whirlpools, a snack bar with a good selection of meals and beverages. You can step down to the beach for those early morning or late afternoon walks.
A short walk to the main road brings you to the Peninsula Mall where you can have your cup of Starbucks, spend some time in the Casino, or enjoy the variety of restaurants and boutiques. You are also walking distance to Wal-Mart, Sam's Club and the well-known Liverpool Mall. You can also take a short bus/cab ride to the Marina district, the downtown Malecon and zona Romantica.

My husband and I are both professionals with very demanding careers. We honeymooned in Puerto Vallarta and fell in love with its picturesque sunsets, exciting night life and its traditional cobblestone streets. Although we tried a variety of vacation spots, none came close to the many features Puerto Vallarta offered. We have continued to vacation here for over 20 years along with our family and friends.

My wife and I just returned from spending a fantastic week at this beautiful vacation rental. The condo had every amenity that we could have imagined. The Grand Venetian complex is absolutely gorgeous and we never felt unsafe at any time. The complex and the vacation rental are very family friendly. The condo has fantastic views of the ocean and the city. The complex is in a fantastic location and is only a short bus ride to the Malecon or the Marina where there are many attractions and restaurants. We would recommend this vacation rental for any couple or family looking for a relaxing, hassle-free vacation at a beautiful beachfront condo.
