Welcome to our lake space! Whatever your desire, it works here. If you need a place to relax, bring a bottle of wine and take a sit on the deck for the week-end, or perhaps catch up on the reading, walk the boardwalk, or fish just outside the back door. Want a bit more action? Bring your boat, jet ski or kayak and have at it...large play area of lake in direct view of condo. Great coves nearby to explore...and you can tie up your boat just outside of unit!
For those wishing to escape the traffic and busyness of life, no need to go to town...take the first exit off of bypass at Carpenter Dam and you are almost there! Be sure to stop at Red Oak Fillin' Station for any last minute supplies and, if hungry, grab one of their burgers...my guys love them!
Perhaps a bit more action needed? Central Avenue (shopping/dining), Oaklawn Race Track, and Downtown Hot Springs and bathhouses are minutes away. Magic Springs Theme Park is just a short distance and Garvan Gardens...right around the bend! Wonderful parks nearby as well.
Our place is best described as comfortable. A place to take off your shoes and curl up on the couch...or better yet, the glider on the back deck. Retreat to a relaxing, spacious bedroom with King bed complete with TV, glider rocker and dresser. The full-size pull-out sofa in the great room provides additional sleeping, if needed. New 40" LCD Hi-Def television, surround sound and DVD in great room for those down times. Kitchen is complete including blender, toaster, microwave and coffee pot. Just bring food!
This is a first floor unit...level with parking lot, no stairs to climb to enter. Spacious back deck, roughly 6' from water, has approximately 5-6 steps down to boardwalk.

Greetings! We are Scott and Robin...we work and live in Little Rock and love our lake space. "Almost" empty nesters, but not quite...we don't get to lake near as much as we'd like. That said, it's a shame for it not to be used. This is our way of keeping life in the place...sharing it with others. We hope you enjoy as much as we do!
Why the Owner Chose Hot Springs
Location! The best part of lake...near Carpenter Dam and Garvin Gardens. Active enough, but not overly crowded. Space to play in the water via boat, jet ski, or kayak. Coves to investigate, wildlife to watch, and people to amuse. Close to town but easily avoided, if desired. (No need to get on Central Ave!) And quick access from Little Rock...a must for those week-end retreats!
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Many options available...if activity is desired, kayaking, boating, or swimming. (Pool on-site for those who prefer or lake play right outside the back door!) For those with boats, there are several choice places to launch close by with the availability to tie-up to boardwalk close to unit. For a quieter moment, walk the boardwalk, fish from one of many prime spots or take a sit on the covered deck and "watch"...be it people or wildlife. A gas grill is provided for those who can and DirecTV and DVD (player and movies) for those moments in between.

My husband and I fell in love with your condo. The lake was so quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walking by the lake and waking up every morning to watch the lake. We also very much appreciated the breakfast you provided. We loved how close of a drive our activities were to the condo. My husband especially enjoyed watching the horse stables from our drive to town and back. Thank you so much for offering your condo to us. We hope to come back some day.

We just returned from spending 4 nights here. We (husband and I - 62 years old) spend a long weekend in Hot Springs every year and have for many years so we are familiar with the area. This was our first time to be on "this end" of Lake Hamilton. Although it was further from the activities we enjoy (miniature golf and bowling) and the restaurants, it was very enjoyable. We did eat at the Red Oak Fillin Station for breakfast and at a different time for a burger - very good meals. The condo is very clean, very attractively decorated, and very comfortable. My favorite spot was the deck with the ceiling fan - In spite of 90+ degree weather, I was able to sit on the deck and read or watch the boaters until 12:30 or 1:00 pm.......then again later in the evening. The refrigerator being stocked with "necessities" was a nice touch although we didn't use any of the items, I think that is a great idea. I'm sure most people don't eat breakfast away from the condo like we did --- our trip was strictly for relaxation and NO cooking. Again, we really enjoyed the condo, the view, and the chance to relax in a comfortable setting. Thanks for making the condo available!!!

Everything in your description of your wonderful place on the Lake Hamilton is just exactly as you described. The minute I walked in I told my husband this is our new found vacation spot. My husband and I do not consider ourserves tourist of Hot Springs since we have been there so often so this was a perfect get away for us. This trip was about down time. Yet, only minutes away from attractions if we decided we wanted to go into town. (I dropped and stepped on my glasses our last day there so a trip to Wal-Mart for sunglasses was a must!) Thank you for stocking the kitchen. We mainly ate at the condo but I misjudged amounts when I packed food items (ex. margarine and coffee) so it was nice to have some on hand. Everytime I looked at the lake I was amazed of the beauty and can not imagine ever getting used to it. We spent so many hours sitting on the deck reading and watching the geese, ducks, and boats. Thank you for sharing your place!

We wanted something on the water and WE GOT JUST THAT!! Perfect for the two of us. The view was beautiful. The porch was perfect. It was stocked with everything we needed. The owner was delightful, Robin made everything go very smoothly, we used VBRO before and loved it. I would highly recommend this rental. Thanks for a great time!

My husband and I came back thru Hot Springs after attending his daughter's college graduation in Edmond, OK. This was an absolute joy to walk into. This was our first anniversary weekend and we couldn't have ask for anything better. The amenities and comfort made us feel at home right away. We had no trouble finding our way around and made use of the free tickets to Garvan Gardens Lights. I have stayed in many rental condos and can't think of one that was as well supplied as this one, down to breakfast items, drinks, condiments, aluminum foil, etc. We are already planning another trip for this spring/summer and hope to bring our motorcycles so we can enjoy the outdoors more, including sitting out on the patio with a morning cup of coffee. Thanks for being so thoughtful in providing a home away from home for your guests and we look forward to returning this year. .

We wanted something on the water away from the crowds but close enough to go into town. Just what we were looking for. Not too big, but perfect for just the two of us. The view of the lake was beautiful. And what a porch...perfect for watching the ducks and boats! Loved the decor and it was stocked with everything we needed. We had a wonderful time here. Wonderful Valentine's Day! Your place is beautiful. We've stayed in several condos and yours is the first that has left supplies (breakfast, etc). What a nice treat! It was very convenient. Thank you for your generosity. We had a great time and will be back. (The pictures on the website doesn't give your place justice..it's very nice and comfy)
