The property is only 25 minutes away from the airport, and is also only a couple minutes away from Guatemala City. It is in a completely gated community, where security guards are at the gate 24/7. The property is only 2 blocks away from the main road which will take you too the mall, grocery stores, and shopping plazas. It is also only 20-25 minutes away from the Central city. Which is where the president lives, and have many antique buildings.
The Condo comes with an "American style living" in mind. The weather is absolutely beautiful! And the view from the rooms is absolutely breath taking! I fell in love with the location, it is still in the country-side so you can have peaceful quite nights, and is only a couple minutes away from the city. It is in a new developing community, where it is safe and clean.

About the owner: Hi my name is Edy Gonzalez, I have been living in Arizona for twenty years. I enjoy playing many sports, and other recreations. All of which are done with my family. I am married and have three daughters. I love to spend time outdoors with them, usually playing soccer. I travel to Guatemala fairly often since I am originally form there and like to go visit family.
Why the Owner Chose Guatemala City:
I bought the Condo in the city because I enjoy the climate, the views are amazing. It is completely safe, clean and everything is new and developing. Also we only go visit family for short amounts of time and wanted my family to be comfortable while visiting.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
One of the most unique things about the property is its location. It is about two hours away from Tikal, the Mayan Ruins, approximately forty-five minutes away from La Antigua, a few minutes from the Capital City, a few minutes away from the Central city, and is not far from any site seeing, or tourist location.
