For a nominal membership and application fee, you will enjoy the benefits and amenities of the private golf club of Copperleaf. A newly renovated 13,500 square foot club house is available for dining, private parties, and meetings or just relaxing in the bar.
The Brooks community is conveniently located fifteen minutes from the Fort Myers Airport. Copperleaf is minutes from unending shopping from the luxurious Coconut Pointe to the discounted Miromar Outlet Mall; near countless restaurants; and a short drive to relaxing beaches.
The heated community pool is conveniently located near this unit and has the additional amenities of an outdoor grill and Jacuzzi. Use the other facilities at your leisure, including over-sized putting green, aqua range, pro shop, lighted tennis courts, clubhouse dining and social events.
The attractive Master Bedroom has a roomy king size bed, spacious walk-in closet, and a private bathroom with shower, tub and two sinks. The room includes a relaxing view of the 14th hole. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and two windows. The third bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen size pull-out couch. This bedroom also has direct access to a shared bathroom.
The spacious living room provides an indoor oasis with an oversized couch and chair. Also has a view of the golf course. The entertainment center provides TV, DVD, and CD player for your enjoyment.
The relaxing privacy provided by the screened-in lanai is great for enjoying all four seasons of beautiful weather associated with this southwest Florida area. The lanai, which overlooks the 14th hole of the Copperleaf Golf Course, is furnished with a table and chairs.
For a nominal membership and application fee, you will enjoy the benefits and amenities of the private golf club of Copperleaf. A newly renovated 13,500 square foot club house is available for dining, private parties, and meetings or just relaxing in the bar. A heated swimming pool with Jacuzzi and snack bar and four lighted tennis courts are located next to the club house.
The par-72, Gordon Lewis designed golf course has wide, generous fairways, plenty of water and sand obstacles and five sets of tees (ranging from 4200 to 7200 plus yards) to accommodate all skills and challenges desired for your golf game. The GPS equipped golf carts are a great amenity to the golf experience.
