If you are looking for the dream vacation in Hawaii and want to see and hear the ocean out of every window this is the place for you. It is magical. Often when the trade winds are up you can sit on the balcony and view the kit surfers for hours right out in front of our unit. You will be situated on the third floor and experience complete privacy and quiet. Directly out side of the G building at Waipouli is the Nature Preserve, which consists of a beautiful lawn with native flowers and then the sandy beach and warm blue water. This is what guarantees your peace and quiet.
Waipouli was built with attention to detail. All the finest appliances were put in the kitchen, Sub Zero Refrigerator and freezer, Wolf glass cook top and oven. You will love the Fisher Paykel double drawer dish washer and GE profile microwave. The granite counter tops with tumbled marble back splash complete the working surface in this state of the art kitchen. The flooring is tumbled marble tiles and African Mahogany cabinets. The entire condo has the African Mahogany crown molding and doors.
There are two master suite bedrooms. One has a king size bed and the other a queen bed. There are two showers and two comfortable tubs to soak away the sore muscles from all your activities during
the day. If you like to lay in bed and read you will find the lighting adequate. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV with many channels available. All units have central air conditioning and of course the elevators.
The pool area is a wonderful lazy river design with two water slides, a cave and three water falls. The sandy bottom jacuzzis are really great, very large and comfortable. Attached to the pool is a sandy bottom area for the toddlers to play in. Just the perfect depth for the little ones. You can enjoy a wonderful lunch and dinner by the pool or at the beach bar. It is beautifully furnished. Enjoy a cocktail watching the sun set.
The Aveda Spa is a state of the art spa. There is a small gym area to work off a few pounds or just take a walk around the property on the paths or along the beach.
Conveniently across the street is the Safeway, Starbucks, Panda Express, Papaya the local health food store, a local Hawaiian Restaurant, Longs, Cold Stone Creamery, Jabba Juice and many more. Just up the road is the Coconut Market Place with many shops and a theater. You can go into Kappa, just a short walk and rent bikes to enjoy the newly installed bike path along the ocean.
We have installed the orocode locking system. Upon final payment you will be given a code to enter the unit. There is no worry about loosing the keys. I believe you will find this very convenient.

When Waipouli was being built we decided that this was our opportunity to own a beautiful ocean front condo. We were impressed with the excellent quality of construction. Now our family enjoys their annual trips over to the island. Our three boys are all grown up and married. We now have eight grand children. They enjoy going to Hawaii when their schedules permit.
