The perfect villa in the perfect location. The property is situated in the quiet residential conservation area of Rotonda West, Englewood, close to Port Charlotte on the Cape Haze Peninsular, 40 miles south of Sarasota on the Gulf Coast of Florida. Set in 0.5 acre of grounds and finished to the highest standards.
The front door opens to the open plan lounge and family room, which are both light and spacious and form the central focus of the home. The entertainment centre includes the television, DVD player and stereo, but also houses many books, DVD's and CD's. There are twin sets of large sliding doors that open fully and lead out on to the lovely pool area. There is also a separate dining area for the more formal occasions.
The open plan kitchen with breakfast bar overlooks the living area and out towards the swimming pool. It comes fully equipped with everything you would expect in a modern kitchen, including a large American fridge/freezer/ice-maker, microwave, cooker and dish washer, as well as many smaller appliances such as a blender/juicer etc. The kitchen leads to a separate laundry room which houses the washer and separate dryer and in turn leads to the double garage.
The beautiful master bedroom suite has a king sized bed, his and hers walk-in wardrobes and a private bathroom with a shower and tub. There are sliding doors which open out on to the pool area. The queen bedroom and the twin room are situated on the other side of the home and share the family bathroom. The queen room also has sliding doors opening on to the pool area.
Outside the pool is oversized, solar heated and very private. Surrounding the pool is a large deck area benefiting from the sun all day. There are sun loungers and a dining table and chairs for al fresco dining.
The villa is fully air conditioned and has ceiling fans in every room.

We are Steve and Anne Gore and we live in Worcestershire in the United Kingdom. We have three children and have been vacationing in the United States of America for about 22 years. We fell in love with this villa 5 years ago and have enjoyed many lovely holidays in it since.
Why the Owner Chose Englewood
We were staying in a villa on Mariner Lane in early 2004 when we saw 207 had an Open House. As soon as we stepped in to the open plan living area with the sliding doors all thrown open overlooking the pool we fell in love with it. It is a quiet neighbourhood with all the benefits of residential living whilst being close to all those holiday activities too, you really do get the best of both worlds.
The Unique Benefits of this Villa
With all the doors open on to the pool deck and being able to look out at the pool even from the kitchen it doesn't get any better than this.
