The 1-bedroom (50m2) located in the calm residence O'Mullane at Le DIAMANTon the ground floor of a villa with a colonial type.It includes an air-conditioned room (with a large mirror and a dresser for your storage) and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, cooker, fridge with freezer) is separated of the lounge (TV SAT, small Hi-Fi,telephone) with a bar and finally ther is a room with shower,toilet and a sink .All the rooms are lighted and ventilated. Outside, a small terrace with a flower garden. This 1-bedroom is comfortable and quite functional. Possibility to use the washing machine, ironing board and Linens Provided weekly.
The owners live on the first floor of the villa.
