The 1-bedroom is very quiet because it is in a residence with a very high rate of retirees who are very quiet and very discreet.
The owners live on the first floor of the villa.
The 1-bedroom (50m2) located in the very calm residence O'Mullane at Le DIAMANTon the ground floor of a villa with a colonial type.It includes an air-conditioned room (with a large mirror and a dresser for your storage) and a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, cooker, fridge with freezer) is separated of the lounge (TV SAT, small Hi-Fi,telephone) with a bar and finally ther is a room with shower,toilet and a sink .All the rooms are lighted and ventilated. Outside, a small terrace with a flower garden. This 1-bedroom is comfortable and quite functional. Possibility to use the washing machine, ironing board and Linens Provided weekly.

Le F2 du diamant est très calme car il est dans une résidence avec un taux très élevé de retraités qui sont très calmes et très discrets.
Les propriétaires habitent au premier étage de la villa.


Le F2(50m2) situé au DIAMANT dans la résidence O'mullane très calme se trouve au rez de chaussée d'une maison à un étage de type colonial.Elle comprend une chambre climatisée(avec un grand miroir et une commode pour vos rangements) et une cuisine équipée(four, four à micro ondes, gazinière,frigo avec son congélateur) distincte du salon(télé avec canal satellite,petite chaine Hi-Fi,telephone) par un bar et enfin une pièce avec douche wc et lavabo.Il y a en tout 4 salles éclairées et aérées. Via l'entrée une petite terrasse avec pour vis-àvis un jardin fleuri. Ce F2 est confortable et tout à fait fonctionnel. Possibilité d'utiliser la machine à laver, la table à repasser,et les draps sont fournis chaque semaine.
