Year Purchased: 2005
Here's my family and I in a vacation home in Sedona last Christmas. Before moving to Arizona 16 years ago, my assumption was that Arizona was just hot, dry and nothing but sand and cactus. Arizona offers so much more than cactus and sand; it offers geographical diversity not found anywhere else in my travels. The White Mountains offer the largest number of beautiful ponderosa pine trees ever seen in the world. In addition, there's great skiing at Sunrise and Snowbowl, and the Grand Canyon is a must see for anyone visiting Arizona. Sedona is so awesome with its 'vortex' energy, it also has some of the greatest wineries in Oak Creek Canyon; and the best part it's only a day trip from the Phoenix area. Come to Arizona for an adventure of your lifetime and enjoy everything Arizona has has to offer. You will love it!!
Why the Owner Chose Peoria
When the condo was first purchased my father lived here, but now it is a vacation rental for anyone wanting to relax, play golf and have fun. It is a beautiful subdivision just outside of the Phoenix metro area. If you like sporting events this is the place to visit.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The community is dedicated to the young 55 year and older crowd, and the main attraction is the golf courses surrounding the homes in this beautful community. If you like to learn something new you can take a number of art classes in the recreation center (lapidary or pottery for the ladies, and woodworking classes for the gentlemen), or play tennis, horseshoes, swimming or aerobics. 55 years young+ is a great age, especially for the young at heart. Come and have fun.
