Why the Owner Chose Estes Park
Thanks for considering our property, we appreciate it. My wife and I love visiting Estes Park, so we purchased this home from someone who also rented it out, and she did a wonderful job of decorating and furnishing it. Fortunately for us, she handed over the reigns, and we've been enjoying renting it out since then. We've made sure every little detail is exactly how we like it when we stay there, so hopefully it will be exactly how you like it as well!
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome
This property is ideal for families that like to enjoy the Estes Park downtown area, as you don't have to deal with traffic! You can walk to town or drive to the park without ever having to drive in the congested areas. Also, and hopefully you can sense this from the video, it's in a very quiet neighborhood, and you'll really enjoy sitting on the deck and looking at the mountain view!
One of the most Beautiful hotels in America (perhaps you've seen it, it was the hotel featured in "The Shining"
Great for kids, has bumper cars, squirting boats, a big slide, and a mini grand prix!

Your place was the best and cleanest place we have ever rented through VRBO/HomeAway. The kids loved the pool table and I liked having the garage and the large TV in the living room. We had a wonderful time staying in your home. Along with nearly perfect weather, we had an elk come visiting in the yard one evening. The views from the deck are a great wake-up call each morning, it is a short walk to shopping in downtown Estes Park, and we had easy access to all the park entrances. The home was a great fit for us, our adult married children, and our three year-old granddaughter. It was immaculate and comfortable, and it provided everything we could hope or expect. We would happily recommend it to others!

We had a great time. The condo was awesome!! With 3 kids it was great to have room for everyone!! The pool table was a great asset to keep them busy at night. The scenery was spectacular with the snow on the mountains.
